Who knew? I have to renew my drivers license in person this year. AAA does it all. No need for the RMV.

It was license renewal time for me and I've never had great luck at the registry. I made an online appointment at AAA with no issues. They directed me to the registry site for some required documents as I was upgrading to a real id.Went in 15 minutes early and was seen almost right away. Desk clerk took care of paperwork and I saw the license clerk soon after. Was out the door before my appointment time. Nice!

Iam Highly Disappointed in Triple A. I went there to potentially get the Real ID, but then clearly said No I Did Not want it, did not pay for the Real ID, they gave me back the Application because I had said no.Then A Week Later in the Mail the Real ID Showed Up at my House even though I clearly stated No I did not want it.I feel extremely frustrated that when a person says No, that a Clerk didn't just Cancel the Transaction, Instead they put it through and disrespected my decision.It's extremely Hurtful and isn't right that the Clerk processed it, even though I said No that I didn't want it.I really Hope they didn't mess things up with the RMV and my Original Drivers License that I like and want to keep as my ID.I

I just hung up on my over 3 hour wait to speak to someone concerning a scheduled appointment tomorrow. I don't know how this is acceptable behavior under any circumstances. I have also been left broken down in the heat with my 95 year old mother and was told to call the police because they couldn't send anyone to my destination. So, I guess I shouldn't be surprised...still neither things are acceptable for a supposedly reputable business.

Real ID says it’s supposed to take 10 minutes but took me more than 40 minutes while I was desperate to get back to work. Clerk arbitrarily or intentionally decided to let a an old guy cut me who had come in long after I did. Maybe I sound like a baby but I can’t stand it when I get passed over when I was waiting longer than the other person.

Went there today for license renewal and all the people working there were so nice and helpful. Even when I had trouble with one of my documents the lady had a lot of patience and was trying to help me as best she could. Great customer service!

I have never had an easy time renewing my license as I did with the 2 associates who work Tewksbury location, they were both so kind and extremely helpful, thank you for going above and beyond

The staff is very unprofessional and lack of knowledge at this place. I got an international driver permit at this location but they did not stamp the vehicle type so when I try to pick up the rental car in Japan I was told the IDP is invalid without the vehicle type stamped. No matter how I argue with the rental car company they are very strict about the stamp. My whole trip was ruined completely. I have to make a lot of modification because I don’t have a car and can only take public transportation. I hope AAA can train employee with better knowledge on issue IDP so it does not impact and ruin other people’s trip.

Great staff. Very friendly, informative and professional. I was applying for my Real ID. With problems at RMV, this was a terrific experience. No long wait. I'll never go to RMV again. THANK YOU !!!
