I went into this bank on Saturday with a check from a severely disabled man. I wanted to either cash it or deposit it. I had the man Citizen Bank debit card and Driver license. The manager Sundeep Dhungana refuse to cash it or deposit it. I should have went to the atm i would have gotten better customer service then this guy. I did file a complaint to the Division of Banks about this man. I use to go in there and cash his checks . I remember when they would charge me 5.00 for cashing a check like this. I am so appalled by the worst customer service in this bank. I would tell anyone that has a bank account to take it out. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Today I went to a local Citizens branch to make two deposits at the same time, and included a filled-out deposit slip with each. The first, a check for over $1,000 with a deposit slip, went into one of our accounts OK. For the second deposit, for $5 (one transaction per month is required to avoid fees), I gave them a $20 bill with a deposit slip, so $5 would go into the account and I'd get $15 change. After a few minutes a man returned to the window with my $20 bill and deposit slip, and asked for my ID. Me: "ID? For what?" Him: "It's a cash back transaction." Me: "I'm giving you a $20 bill. Give me change for the $20 and put $5 in my account." Him: "It's a cash back transaction, so I have to see your ID." He may have said he needed a signature too, but I had nothing polite to say at that point, and just left with my $20 bill and deposit slip. I've done the 20-5-15 thing previously, at the same branch, with no problem. (They don't require deposit slips now, but I want things like the account number clearly printed to avoid any misunderstanding.) I've generally had good experiences with Citizens, but this was as silly as it comes. Maybe we should move these two accounts to Santander or elsewhere where we have business and/or personal accounts, after the printed checks run out?

I see that there are a lot of negative reviews here. But my experiences has been the opposite. I feel like the people here know me, are happy to see me, and at times they have gone beyond their normal duties to help me out. Especially Suzanne (now retired) and Kira and James. This feels like my hometown bank and I'm going to keep it.

This is my favorite Citizens Bank branch so far. Anytime i go there, i have a pleasant experience. I'm not very familiar with the other employees but i love working with Rina. She is always kind and very helpful. She goes above and beyond her given duty anytime i have an issue or problem and that happens quite often. From what i have seen so far, she is very knowledgeable and on top of anything there. I've heard from my girl friends that even the manager is a nice guy and very helpful but i haven't had the chance to get help by him so far. Love this citizens, keep doing great
