Don't waste your time! If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Wastes two weeks of my time needing c-pap supplies

Horrible experience! I NEVER received the equipment they told us they had ordered for us. They NEVER returned even one of my five voice messages left for them. I also physically went to there retail site twice to try to get an answer on my order. They could not help me even look up if my equipment had been ordered! I was dumbfounded. And to top it off this piece of equipment was needed to attach to a machine I was renting and paying monthly for ( over $200/month). I was unable to use the machine that they were gladly taking my money for because of this part that they never provided. We finally were able to go to another company to order what we needed and gladly gave up on West Gate and returned the rental. There was a lot of money and time lost along with much frustration. To top it off it was impossible to contact anyone by phone to complain to or explain the situation to. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. I can’t believe they are still in business!
