Do not make the mistake of trusting these people! just Don’t support these awful crooks business.Customer service was horrible. Very rude and bad at communicating. Bought a car from them and nothing but problems. 8 grand and the thing didn’t even last 2 years. All rusted and rotted underneath. Problems with the axel breaks and tires. Brought it to a few mechanics and couldn’t believe they even sold it and they’re money hungry jerks and it Looks like someone drove it in the ocean and let it sit there. Very good at jerry rigging cars to make them look and sound good when they’re pulling out of the lot but so many problems down the line just look at their other reviews. The car had a Problem with the power steering and cv axel since the day we bought it and the owner said it was no big deal at all just a little noise! Thanks for screwing us over and making us think that our 2010 vehicle would last atleast a solid 5 years. Thanks for wasting a hard working persons money and giving them a piece of junk; it’s not like you need your car to love or anything right ? They made sure they covered up all the rust with paint. The interior with some sort of cheap paint or marker and the seats looked like a pig lived in there. Was not Expecting this to happen after recently buying this car. What a joke. What’s horrible business, what a mistake I made coming here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere safe.

I had a great experience here - lots of low mileage used cars to choose from, low pressure dealership. Ended up getting a 2012 Chevy Cruise - price was fair, no hidden fees, car runs great. Will be a repeat customer when I get my next car

Parents needed a new vehicle we shopped around and my dad spotted a sharp looking white 2012 jeep liberty at there lot, Chris I believe the owner real nice guy easy to work with handed over the keys for a test drive and my dad fell in love .Clean vehicle, low miles, priced right with this crazy market .There was a little problem with jeep a small antifreeze leak but Chris took car of it in a timely manner !My dad couldn't be happier with there service !Thank you wrenthrop auto and your crew for a smooth transaction!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Me and my daughter went there to buy her her 1st car. Right off the bat I felt these guys were scammers. My husband met up with us at the lot and said NO WAY to the cars that were offered to us based on the condition. He then try to smooth talk us with excuses. Be warned!-Marianne L.

Honest and easy right from the start. Helped my MIL buy a car here and it was a great experience. Absolutely zero pressure, zero games and no run around. I absolutely recommend this dealership to others. I would take the poor reviews posted here with a grain of salt. From what I saw (we looked at/drove several in inventory prior to purchase) they are all clean and well presented vehicles. Give them a try, you'll see for yourself.

Recently bought a car from them a few months ago. It was an older car so we didn’t expect it to be perfect, but it has been one issue after another . Already put two grand into work into it. Never again will I buy from them .

We purchased a Lincoln back in February of 2022,it is a 2009 mkz had 86k for miles a/c is faulty they did not want to make good on that. Now water pump is broken cost to fix is 4,000.00 car just about 1 year off their lot we are very disappointed with their lack of trying to work with us for a resolution we will never do business with them again nor give a good reference for their dealership their cars are lemons

I've bought 2 SUVs here and could not be happier with them. Cars were clean and in excellent condition. No surprises, and the dealer did the minor work we agreed to when I made the purchases before I came back for them. Fair prices, straight forward negotiation. I will do business at Winthrop St Motors again.
