Walgreens is the most professional pharmacy/store I've ever been in and they are very polite and they offer great deals and they are very sweet and kind and generous people and are very helpful when you need stuff and trouble finding things.

The person at counter instructed me after my sale to return my hand basket to where I got it. I asked if I'd be getting paid. 'They," didn't have a sense of humor so I then asked for a broom because outside was pretty messy. Maybe they wanted me to sweep up a bit.

Got moved here from Tremont St., and the pharmacist couldn't have been any less helpful. Due to an issue, she was completely unwilling to work with my insurance in order for me to get the prescription, and now I am going the whole weekend without important medicine! This was AFTER she failed to explain to me why it was cancelled. Tremont St would go out of their way to help. Here no way. One of the worst experiences ever and I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I recently moved back to the Taunton area. I like Walgreen’s and went back to the one I had used on Winthrop Street. I was spoiled with my most recent experience with another Walgreens location that had all my prescriptions available when my doctor called them in to be filled. I was quickly reminded that The Winthrop Street branch is notorious for not having much in stock. Lots of back orders and waiting. I will complete these scripts and return to my previous location where I never once had back orders. It is out of the way for me now but will be worth the trip. This Taunton branch is really run poorly. Shame on me for forgetting. This poorly run branch should not discourage using Walgreen’s but pick the right branch or you will wait and possibly run out of your medication!

The pharmacy staff. AWFUL, they are incredibly rude and have zero clue what they are doing. Will NEVER come here again. They treat you with the upmost disrespect, never in my years been to a pharmacy this bad.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude. Every time I call to see if my script is done they answerand then hang up on my face!? Amd Ota the same guy that I get on the phone is the dark skinned pharmacy tech he's so rude I am definitely changing pharmacies
