The best. I bought a bike here more than 10 years ago. Came back and bought another. 10 years later the service is still just as great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain things and listen to my questions. You can see and hear the passion for cycling in their work. I wish every business operated like this.

Im wondering if you guys can help me i have a beach cruiser with a motor kit but the back tire brake assembly is messed up seeing if you had a replacement bake rim with the cruser back brake assembly

I visited this shop yesterday and I cannot say enough nice things about the gentlemen that helped me. I went in very late in the day and the gentlemen went above and beyond getting me setup and making sure that the bicycle that I was very luckily and fortunate to purchase was setup properly for me. I highly recommend this shop they did an excellent job.

I went up there from the Cape to purchase my ebike back in February and have been riding the bike trails every chance I get. Very knowledgeable and helpful and had exactly what I wanted. Great shop.

They have a makeshift door bell on their door so I rang. No one came to the door. I call the number on the door it was busy. I rang and knocked on the door. Finally a guy came to the door and greeted me with an attitude and told me to "Relax" referring to me about knocking and ringing the door bell. You need to relax dude! I don't need an attitude! There are plenty of other bike shops around. I'll never recommend this place!

I was a customer here since childhood, and will never go back after my recent experiences. I've bought 2 bikes here recently for my kids. My son's (rather expensive) bike had the wheel fall off the first time he rode it, and is missing parts. My other recent experience is bringing my own bike (which I purchased there years ago) for repairs and I received it back not fixed. Sent it back again, still not fixed. Should've taken it for a test ride, Joe. I'll never be back, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. The good service this shop is known for must be a thing of the past.
