“In June of 2023, I was up from New York vacationing on Cape Cod. I drove my 1992 BMW 535i, which to this point had always been a reliable daily driver. Not only were they willing to work on the car, they had it fixed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Nearly a year later, I had some minor follow up issues with the transmission. Quality stood behind their work and fixed the new issues at no cost. It was worth having the car trucked nearly 200 miles up from New York.
