I just visited the Taunton Ma Target, it was a very rainy day out. When I arrived in the store , there wasn't a single shopping cart in the store, so this was a problem for me and several other customers that arrived at the same time. Also, one of them had a small child with them and really needed the shopping cart that wasn't outside and wet. The lady working near the door didn't seem to care and said out loud she was tired and needed to sit down. This store lacked good customer care

This store gets 2 stars because on a Sunday afternoon when the store was crazy busy there was 1 line open and then the self checkout. The lines for both were LONG. Can Target not afford to have another couple of people on to have the checkout flow nicely? It's ridiculous that the cost of food and home goods have gone way up but customer service has gone WAY down. I won't be coming back to this Target.

Recently I called to see if the item I wanted was in stock. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and put the item on hold until I got there. In this day and age it's nice to get great customer service. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but if it helps it was on Friday September 29 and the item was cat litter. I thanked her for the service.Another also was helpful at the service desk getting a carriage for me. Please address these employee's and praise them for there great ßrvice.employ

I just spoke with a manager about an hour ago about the condition of this store. I've never seen any store that looks like this one, with clothing strewn all over the place, racks, shelves and floors. I was planning on shopping there, but the conditions were so poor that I left. He told me it's a staffing issue. I said regional or national management needs to find a way to pay enough to attract personnel. I was also thinking that instead of being in the back doing whatever he was doing - maybe accounting for new shipments - he and the other two employees who were either behind the service counter or standing near the entrance doing not sure what? could have been inside straightening current stock and thus making it more likely that it will get purchased. These disgraceful conditions are also on the people who shop at the store. I'm a native of Taunton, and just because we're a working-class town doesn't mean people need to act classless and like they were raised in caves. If the Target CEO were to walk in here, pretty sure every last person would be out of a job. It's mind blowing.

My daughter went into the Taunton location this morning and was told to leave by a male employee because of her t-shirt. He approached her and asked her to put on a sweatshirt, which she obviously didn't have because it's 80 degrees outside. He then told her she had to leave. I attempted to reach out to customer service who said that's not their policy and they'd "deal with it" however I won't know that it's been resolved or receive an apology for anonymity reasons. What about the humiliation she suffered? Not their problem I guess. absolutely disgusted. I've seen people in that store with NO shirt on and that's okay?

This Target looks a bit more dated than others, but it has the same merchandise as others. The store seemed well stocked and clean. I noticed some protein chips that I had not seen before at other stores, which is a great option for those looking for high protein foods. Their home decor section was a bit light in terms of inventory, but that is something that changes every few days with trucks arriving and delivering throughout the week.

Place is a mess always. Not friendly associates like other stores.Also treat their seasonal help unfair. Worked there told them can only do 20 hrs Gave me 40 hrs. Others that want 40 hrs get 20 hrs. It's quite a game. Have a now hiring sign up as we speak but let people go in January. There are quite a couple grouchy workers over night. They would rather let you go than watch you succeed. Messiest

This is the single most disgusting Target I have ever been to. It always looks like a bomb has gone off. Shelves and racks look like they have not been organized since they were first setup. And don't even try to find a pair of shoes... the monsters that are the customers have shuffled everything around and the employees have done nothing to re-merchandise the areas. In fact the last time I was in the store, there was a pack?, gang?, group? of young teenagers riding bikes around the store sweeping entire shelves of goods onto the floor. Cursing like sailors, throwing footballs and basketballs over aisles with no knowledge or care for anyone (my children) in the next row. I WAS a loyal Target customer before moving to a town neighboring this store. This store has converted me into a Walmart fan.

Unsanitary and lack of product. Avoid this store like the plague, because you'll probably get it there. Only one stall in the women's bathroom had toilet paper. Only one sink with a stool and that sink doesn't work. The shelves are bare, all of the bottles of bubble bath were leaking causing a huge mess that was clearly there for a while; the little product they do have is all over the place or damaged. Then at check out we opted to go in line with a cashier because my daughter loves the target dog stickers only to be told they didn't have any, SURPRISE!! Disappointed is an understatement.

I checked the website for my local store in Everett, WA, looking for specific items from a bridal registry. The site said they were all in stock & and gave the aisle numbers. All but one item was in stock. I returned home to order the item to pick up from the next closest store, Lynnwood, WA. It said it had 2 in stock and would be ready for pickup the following day. However, I was greeted with an email the next morning stating they were out if stock, but I could drive 25 miles to pick it up from a different store. I tried calling customer service, 4 times. Each time I listened to the phone ring for at least 5 minutes, then was disconnected. I then tried HR, hoping to speak to someone, anyone. Again I was greeted with 5+ minutes of ringing only to be disconnected. I finally called the district office. Guess what the automated answering robot said; is this in regard to order number xxxxxxxx? (My original order number) We are currently PROCESSING it. The gentleman I eventually spoke with did process & ship the item to my home, only after trying to convince me to drive an hour to the Factoria store that has it in stock. I suggested, half jesting, having an employee drive the item I need to the Lynnwood or Everett store. But it won't arrive for a week, which is only a one day cushion for my deadnline.There is a reason o I wanted to pick it up in store. I

I called in regards to a W-2 form that is necessary to file my taxes. I spoke to a foreign employee who said that my apartment number wasn’t listed. Therefore; I would have to pay $20 for the form to get mailed to me because of the store not listing the residential number. This is unprofessional and no one should have to pay for what rightfully belongs to them. Target (retail store) made this error and I should not be held accountable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! You have a problem and call to have the issue resolved. Guess what? Your call goes to the Philippines or Guatemala. Made several calls and when they don't understand my issue they HANG UP on you. Called local store and they gave me same numbers. HELLO TARGET-YOU NEED TO RETHINK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE CALLS!!! I will never shop there again!!! If I could give you NEGATIVE STARS it would be NEGATIVE 5. Still dont know if issue has been resolved?? This was a $100.00 Baby Shower GIFT CARD!!!! Very disappointed excustomer.

Your employees state this conversation never happend and no one offered me a 100% refund the kicker is they say they will not accept screen shots of the conversation as proof and the emails I have that guarantee delivery by the 22nd ? what a freaking joke I'll never order from here again it was my first time EVER ordering from target ? this is how you run your business ill gladly run the other way next time ✌

Target is not honoring the Price Match Advertisement! This has been a disgrace! On the phone, 4 reps... 30 mins of my time, not one person knew of the price match! Now on chat, rep tells me they can only price match on 2 of my order numbers! I have 7 orders, hundreds of dollars at target! Dont advertise a promotion if you arent processing the orders refunds.
