They are so unfriendly ? every time I go in there the girl at the desk never even looks up to even acknowledge that you're in the store and nobody ever says can I help you nobody ever smiles I don't know it's just a morbid feeling

I've driven by this shoe store for years. Today, I finally went in. From the exterior, the store gives off an old school vibe, one that hasn't been updated in quite some time, but it's the type of shoe store you went to as a kid, (those born in the 80's or prior) when the sales associate knew how to fit you to the proper shoe, they would size you first, then unlace, slip on and lace up the perfect shoe. As I walked in, I was greeted enthusiastically and provided with the best customer service. I felt like I just went back in time and I loved it. I was in the market for some new running sneakers. I walked out with 3 new pairs!! I could have gotten away with one, but the experience was so great, I decided to buy more. From now on, my hard-earned money will be spent at this local, family owned business. I highly recommend you check them out, and ask for Chris!

I love the store.back in the day when the parents ran it ot was so nice.Noww... the employess(the kids and the middle aged lady there are very rude judgemental .they make u feel uncomfortable and like your a thief.And if they have an attitude that day and you ask for different sizes or styles.Oh that's all we have.And they proceed to stand there watching you and making you uncomfortable. To bad cause they have good inventory w an old school feel walking in the store

This used to be a good store. My family shopped there for years; even though the prices are more expensive we still supported St. Pierre's because it is a local family business. I originally stopped going because I was treated poorly several times by a staff member which was shocking because like I said, my family has been customers for years and we always have been polite. Today I attempted to go to St. Pierre Shoes one more time because my brother has a Shoe Club and wanted to look for boots, so I tagged along. I thought I would give them one more chance. I asked the older gentleman (owner) if he carried the Bob's I wanted in a certain size and was told "no". I asked if he would order the size I needed if I paid up front because I know they make the size since I wear Bob's frequently and have purchased them at different stores and online in this size. I definitely can get these shoes somewhere else but I wanted to give my business to this store because it is important to me to support small, local shops in my hometown (even if they are overpriced). Anyway, he said he would be stuck with the shoes if he ordered them and they were the wrong size (even though I said I would pay up front). He then said Bob's doesn't make the size I need although I had never actually told him the size I needed during our conversation. I pulled up the Bob's website in an attempt to show him that they DO make the size I need and was trying to explain to him that I purchase these shoes at other stores in this size and he just walked away with Mind you, this whole time I was polite and looking for ways to buy from his store to support a small business although, like I already mentioned, I could buy this shoe cheaper somewhere else. It's stupid, especially in this economy, to turn away customers who are basically trying to their throw money at you. If St. Pierre Shoes had treated me properly, I was prepared to purchase 8-10 pairs of shoes today to take with me to school. I would have paid the money up front for any that needed to be ordered. Now not only will I be purchasing my shoes elsewhere, my entire family will be closing their Shoe Clubs. Additionally, since this isn't the first time I was treated poorly, I will make sure to share this story as much as possible and encourage people not to shop their.

We’ve purchased our children’s shoes here many times and the store employees are very helpful in measuring and fitting them to the proper shoes. There’s a great variety for boys but I do wish there were more plain options for girls!

Used to be the go to in taunton for all the Jordan's nikes reebok..now it's not all that great and I heard they won't have any Nike at all soon ...They do have hoodies and shorts and sweats no one else do in taunton thats about it

I've been going here for a LONG time and honestly generations of my family have too. My grandma is a shoe club member and they have a lot of really nice shoes. Nice quaint place. It's a good idea to check the clearance area, at least in my size I can find a lot of cute shoes for a really decent price.

Family run business that I've been visiting for 20 years. Also plenty of staff to help, always willing to measure for the correct sizes of shoes or athletic footwear. This family has been in the business for decades and is extremely knowledgeable about footwear, different brands and styles. Support local businesses and stop in St. Pierre's
