I’ve used this Speedee for years, but the last 3 months have been absolutely awful! My last repair had me coming back every weekend for 6 weeks before it was finished. Yesterday, I went just for an oil change and inspection, and they did something during the oil change that messed my car up. 3 dash lights including check engine, car won’t start without applying the gas, chugs and sputters while driving…but they say there’s nothing they could have done. Spent $500 on an O2 sensor only to pick my car up in the same condition. I always felt safe and trusted Speedee but now I have to find a new mechanic. Not sure how much it will cost to figure out what’s wrong and fix it, but I’ll only be going back to get the sticker redone.

Great experience here... Saab recommended Mobil 1 synthetic oil from the start on my '06 9-3 convertible, so SpeeDee is my go-to place for oil changes. The service techs are thorough... I watched from the waiting room as the tech working on my car went over each item on the checklist, checking them off in order. He did make a couple of recommendations for higher-mileage vehicles that weren't necessary with my car, but that's expected and they had no problem with me declining to move forward with those things.
The whole process took about 25 minutes, and I saved $5 with a coupon on their website. Not the biggest discount, but still something. These guys (and girl) are trustworthy though. I'll continue to use this SpeeDee location in the future.

I went to SpeeDee with grinding brakes. I was told the mechanic there was first come first serve, so I arrived 30 minutes before opening. The mechanic greeted me a little before officially opening, took my vehicle right away, and had me on my way in a few hours. He was friendly and professional, gave me an estimate and stuck to the price, and even showed me exactly what he was doing and why he needed to do it, while showing me future work that would need to be done and not pressuring me to do that work right away. I'll continue to be a repeat customer of SpeeDee.

I got my car inspected and oil change. He first said I was missing a front license plate, BUT since i have a green one it was allowed. Then he stated the my green one was unreadable. Which it wasn't. Told them to add a reminder sticker and they set it as the present day?
They asked if I wanted my receipt or to be sent by email I said email me.

Good place, the crew seemed friendly and willing to answer questions. Good atmosphere, and they took me right away for an oil change. I gave it 3 because they were out of air filters, and when I asked about other services (tires), I couldn't get a definitive answer or quote. All in all, great service.
