Went for rear breaks and rotors. Reasonable price. Seemed good. Drove two blocks and realized they never tightened my lug nuts. A month later (barely drive anywhere) was on highway rt 24 when the breaks started acting up. They never did an adjustment, never greased and never tightened lugnuts. Could have been more dangerous glad it got caught

I had a positive experience here, I needed 2 new tires. At 10AM they said they could order them and I could return in the early afternoon to have them balanced,mounted etc. They gave me a very fair price! As promised, the tires were in & I returned at 2 pm. I waited in the small informal waiting area as they did exactly what they promised. They had me out of there with the exact price they quoted and I was happy with the service, my little SUV is driving much better.They didn't try to sell me anything extra & are an extremely busy place!

I called and asked if they would do a TNC inspection because it's required to Uber. They said yes they do the inspection and hung up the phone. I drove 30 minutes and was greeted with nasty rude looks by three people who worked there. A mechanic was frustrated with me because he didn't know how to start my car. They told me without my previous inspection report they can't give me a TNC report. I asked them if they would reinspect my vehicle so that I can have the TNC report. They said no and threw my registration on my passenger seat, turned around and walked away. No I'm sorry, no thanks for coming, no here is where you can go... This was the rudest service I've ever seen in my life. I will never go back.

I took my friend's car here for a MA state inspection and gas. There was a very friendly man working in the gas station who directed me where to park the car for the inspection. Another gentleman had come out to take the car in for the inspection. Noone is allowed in the inspection booth other than him, so I waited inside the gas station. It did take about 20-30 minutes for the inspection and once done the man parked it out front. I had to drive around to one of the pumps for gas and the nice young man helped me when I almost went to the wrong side. I could pay for both the inspection and gas all together in either cash or credit. The gas prices for a full service station seemed reasonable compared to others in the area. Seeing this old TV with turn knobs and rabbit ears brought back some memories???... where's the remote for this thing... how do you change the channel... what do you mean there's no cable... I want my MTV ?The guy pumping gas probably isn't old enough to figure out how to turn it on... or ever had to struggle with rabbit ears to get in channels 25 or 56 for his cartoons ????

Attempted to get my inspection sticker. They stated my front plate must be in the center of my vehicle and rudely told me they would not do the inspection or provide me with a sticker. I have reviewed the laws in MA, the plate must be visible and clean. But there is NO stipulation for location in relation to the front bumper. They obviously didn’t want to do the work as I was the only person waiting.
