Went in to purchase my Murad acne serum. Got home and realized it had expired in July?? Went to return and they did not have any in stock that didn't expire in July. I was issued a refund for the discounted price even though I had used my beauty insider points for $10 off, and did not receive any of my points back either. The woman issuing the refund was rude and short with me. Just save yourself and go to a regular sephora

I like all their anti wrinkle serums and creams. I'm a guy so I don't use any of their makeup but I've been addicted to high quality wrinkle & any face rejuvenating products since high school. Yes, I started early with retinol and anti aging products when I was 19 lol.. It has paid off because I'm 41 & my skin is excellent especially given I started smoking cigarettes when I was 25ish.

Seems there is always a checkout line here. Also, store hours used to be more flexible. They open 2 hours after Target and close early.

Bad experience prices through the roof. Haven't they heard of Amazon? They will be out of business inside 5yrs. I predicted Sears would go out after JC Pennys Kohl's will be next. By the way the lady at the jewelry counter was nasty unprofessional.

I understand during this current pandemic the fitting rooms are closed, however I was there yesterday and was told that the only place to breastfeed my child was in the bathroom as they wouldn’t allow me to use a fitting room or the training room (something I was told would be available by an associate).
Surely none of the management would like to eat in a bathroom and I’m genuinely disgusted by the lack of family values this obviously shows.
Next time I’ll just feed my child wherever a seat is available
