Needed a new SUV after a tree fell on mine in December. I spent about a month looking for exactly what I wanted, and it was here. I reached out about availability, and Matt came in the next day outside of his scheduled hours to help me and my family. I’ve had my Toyota for 3 months now, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you, Matt and crew!

2nd car that i have got from the great guys at rt138 motors...really the only place i will ever consider getting a car from for now on...First i got my dream car and then i was able to purchase the best xmas present ever for my girlfriend..they work with you and do everything in there power to get you on the road in a flashy new car and make sure your not broke after...honeslty love this place!!!!

I financed a car here. In 3 day's the car broke down. They didn't want to tow the car back from to Taunton for repairs. I had to pay $200 to get a uhaul and transporter to return the car back then for repairs. They only changed one fuel injector because of a miss fire, not all 4. They don't do a full tuneup on there cars and there was no oil in the car. Do not finance a vehicle there if it's more then 125,000 miles. That way you have the lemon law. They tell you stories to avoid real questions about the vehicle. Be careful when you buy from them because you will be returning the car back. Lady's make sure to bring an experience mechanic with you when going there.

Don’t buy a car at 138 auto center . I’ve owned my Nissan Altima for two. Months and all kinds of issues have come up so far . They order a 7 year old battery I had to replace and tires had too much wear on them already . My exhaust system also has a hole in it to be repaired . The warranty they offer is forced and good luck getting the warranty from the company . I won’t buy a car from this place ever again so beware of buyer with 138 auto center . If you want a reliable car without issues don’t buy here. The owner is shady and will only repair what they have to sell the vehicles, more then likely you will have repairs soon after

Mark and Sarah Rose are absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend going their for a car, they will take their time and make sure you leave Happy and with a reliable safe car!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

WARNING TO ALL NEW CUSTOMERS! Don’t write a review as soon as you sign the papers! They pressured us to and we regret writing nice ones because after we left with the car, things went down hill. They are so shady and gave us our Jeep with 4 bald tires and their mechanic they use gave us a valid sticker which is illegal. Sarah messed up our paperwork and my insurance went straight into cancellation. Sarah dragged her feet on fixing the issue then got mad at us for getting upset. Then we had an issue within the dealership warranty. I had my mechanic check it out first which was bad engine coils. 138 told us they’d have to fix it and they produced a sketchy invoice and they wouldn’t tell me who fixed our Jeep. We stuck up for ourselves and when they got caught in lies Sarah tried to bail and stop fixing the issue she caused! The messages we have are embarrassing on their part and it’s pathetic how they speak with customers once deal is done. Complete 180!! Mark the owner completely stopped talking to us and wouldn’t even look at us when we came in. Mark and Sarah are both pieces of trash and aren’t good people. We just had to pay $1,200 to fix the engine coils (the original issue) and we haven’t even had the car for a year. GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE! We don’t want anyone else to have to deal with these 2 scumbags. They try to justify their actions. Sarah, don’t make me put you on blast, I still have all the messages. It’s in your best interest not to even respond to this. What place responds to bad reviews with explanations instead of apologizing?!

My son brought his car there to Matt to fix it, as it broke down in Sturbridge and had to be towed, it was over heating. Matt called my son and told him it needed all kinds of things and it would cost $6,000 he should trade it in. Now I call wanting to know what the problem is that is costing $6,000 more than what the car is worth and the poor kid is paying a car loan, and Matt tells me oh it needs a catalytic converter going to cost $6,700, says he needs to trade it in. Well I had my son get the car out of there and bring it to a co worker mechanic to find out just a thermostat cost him $100 people please be aware of the scams going on with catalytic converter stealing and that is what that dealership is doing. I am reporting them to the DMV and the state consumer protection agency. Big trouble going on. Thanks Matt

Great place, got 5 cars from them , only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is how long is takes for them to do something or leave 4 voicemails and no call back , other then that , great people and place! Still happy with everything !
