I like Regals WHEN they have everything I need . One stop shop ... however 3 weeks in a row they were out of ZYN so I had to go somewhere else ... nbd but I'd rather just get it all one place ... I do like it there , they have a great variety so I'll go back for sure !

I love this liquor store. The staff is so lovely. The ladies that work there are great and friendly and helpful. Sometimes it feels like they work too hard, because they are always there and working. Keep up the good work ladies. The owner is a nice guy as well, and the guys that work there are helpful and nice as well. Overall everyone there is nice and friendly, keep up the good work all of you.

This is the first time I have been into the store, and I will most likely avoid it should I run into this situation again. I only ran in there real quick, or so I thought, to grab a pack cigarettes before I went to work this morning. I was a little aggravated. It took 7 minutes to grab a pack of cigarettes? The girl behind the counter was extremely slow. I don't know if you're in training or not. Either way, you really need to learn how to count back cash faster. The register should tell you. So if that isn't it, you really just need to be aware of your speed and realize that people have places to be, and do not have all day to begin with. Plus, you want customers in and out. That's your primary goal at any register.
