1-star is generous. This specific location is by far the worst Quest lab I've been to. The staff is unprofessional and they kept me waiting for a long time even though I had an appointment. There was no staff at the service window and I had to knock and yell EXCUSE ME to get their attention. When I was finally called in, the lobotomist lied and said I had an outstanding balance and refused to draw my blood.

Horrible experience getting simple labs. Was not listened too . I have anxiety and I always let providers or whoever know. The woman was not gentle. Pulled the needle out so hard and diagonally. I was gushing blood. I have had severe arm pain and bruising. Will never ever go here again. I will let all I know to never go . People with no empathy should not work In healthcare.

Quest located in the Thayer Bldg. I highly suggest you make an appointment or you'll be there all day. It says "walk-in" is available but they are always super busy!
Quest located in Middleboro at the Southeast Medical Center also says "walk-ins" are welcomed, they are less busy and you won't have to wait the whole day to be seen. I also suggest if going to any Quest location, download the app and while you book your appointment you should upload your ID & insurance card(s), it makes checking in using their kiosk much smoother.

I came 10 minutes early for my appointment. Checked in using their kiosk system. It told me I was all set and ready to wait for my appointment. I waited over an hour until somebody came out and I was able to ask them if I was in the system. Then a woman came out. Talked down to me said that I never signed in and they never got the fax from my provider when they had sent it days prior. Unprofessional and quite frankly I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Went today at Dr office I sign in at 726 . 2 ppl ahead of me flab not there yet she arrived 6 min late 736. Then took the 2 I was next she took sign sheet put new one out SKIPPING ME I spoke up I was there first she told me no the sheet not my name! Yes she took it! Then says well I'm taking her so you can wait. Wow ..really? Why sign in? She's the rudest person I ever had! This was today at Taunton med/ Stewart on Washington st.i was late for work as well as my clients were now late waiting for me. She was so unprofessional. I'm disgusted

Worst customer care ever! Had to make an appointment and then wait xtra 30 minutes to PICK UP A CONTAINER FOR THE SAMPLE for the test my MD ordered for me. Then I was told I would have to make another appointment and wait again just to DROP OFF MY SAMPLE! When I complained about waiting 30 minutes past my 2pm appointment time, I was told that 5 people had 2pm appointments. This is a company without any respect for their customers. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely rude me and the baby had to use the bathroom and they have an office at the hospital but no bathroom key and couldn't even let use use their bathroom that's so wrong if you don't like people get out of people services
