In June of 2023, I was up from New York vacationing on Cape Cod. I drove my 1992 BMW 535i, which to this point had always been a reliable daily driver. Unfortunately, while on this trip my transmission finally gave at 150k miles. Nobody in the area would work on this car until I contacted Quality. Not only were they willing to work on the car, they had it fixed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Nearly a year later, I had some minor follow up issues with the transmission. Quality stood behind their work and fixed the new issues at no cost. It was worth having the car trucked nearly 200 miles up from New York. These are people that stand by their work and treat their customers with respect. I feel very fortunate that I came across them.

I really don't have time today to leave a review and I don't normally anyways but I was so impressed that I have to. I've had an issue with my pickup that I have been stomped on for a while now, I walked in and immediately it was like they wanted to solve the problem just as bad as I did and they are clearly busy yet still managed to make time for me and everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable. I do all of my own work, really except for transmission and engine mostly because I don't trust shops. The diagnosis is driveshaft not transmission, the tech personally went out with me on a test drive and was so thorough and attentive and gave the most precise diagnosis possible. Even though they don't do drive shafts, I now know where I am going when I eventually do need a rebuild. Even if I'm 100 miles away I will tow it here. It is really hard to find trustworthy mechanics but I found some today

what a God-send this place has been for me! i am older and have no clue about cars and have had some bad experiences so you can imagine how good it is to go to a business that i can trust! i would never go anywhere else! Tim (the owner) and his staff are knowledgeable and have got me in quick when i've had issues - so appreciated !

The clutch and flywheel on my Mini Cooper had to be replaced. Tim and his crew did an excellent job and he was always very responsive. Any delay was caused by problem in getting parts . I highly recommend Quality Transmission.Service: Transmission

They do great work at honest pricing. Only catch is they are usually pretty busy so your car might be tied up for a few days. They also stand by their work. They installed a new water pump that ended up defective, and they fixed it no questions asked.

My wife broke down while dropping my granddaughter in Mansfield.Coming home she called me in a panic about a loud noise from underneath her vehicle.when she got home i drove the car and realized it was the transmission.I heard about quality transmission shop.I showed up at their shop he informed me what he was going to do .He's a man of his word.I would recommend this shop to anyone with transmission issues good people to do business with.

Had the transmission on my 03' Honda Accord suddenly give out while driving. Had it towed to Quality Transmission, where Tim and the gang took a look at it.Talked it over with Tim for a bit on what could go wrong, where he have me estimates for cost, and time for different repairs. In the end, it only happened to be a faulty ground wire on a solenoid *phew*.Called on a Friday afternoon around closing time to see if I could get something out of my trunk before the weekend. When I arrived, one of the technicians was test-driving it after the fix. Got to take it home that day.From bringing it in, to getting it diagnosed, repaired, and back into my hands, it was less than a week. Highly Recommend!Services: Electrical

I brought my 2008 Nissan Xterra to have rear differential rebuilt. Tim kept me informed the whole time it was at shop. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Quality Transmission.
