“I have used Upack twice in two years. Both occasions, they were quite responsive and very professional. both were interstate moves. first in May 2021 from Atlanta to Cambridge Massachusetts and this June 2023 from Cambridge to Hershey Pennsylvania. My stuff got to their destination intact the only things that got damaged during the second move were stuff which the moving company I used to move my stuff from Cambridge to Hershey (its difficult to get the permit required for the relocubes to be dropped off in very big cities so I had to take my stuff to their depot in West Bridgewater, MA) packed roughly. The local moving company placed heavy stuff (an adult bicycle) on light boxes marked FRAGILE!. Otherwise, my stuff arrived in good shape and timely too. Staff were all polite and professional. The icing on the cake is their 1 month free storage from the day your stuff arrives your destination, which comes in handy if you are yet to find a place to rent or buy. Means you can comfortably stay in a hotel or Airbnb without worrying about your stuff. I used the free storage during both moves.”

“Dustin and his guys are great, I asked them to drop the container off at a difficult location in my backyard and they were able to do it, and pick it up with no trouble. Towards the end of my need for the container I reached out to Dustin about the fees for going beyond the monthly payment date and he helped me with getting a daily rate so I wouldn't have to pay the full monthly rate. I would highly recommend Go Minis.”

“I used Gallant Moving and Storage last month to move me out of my apartment in Bridgewater. I was supposed to have my items placed in a storage for a short time while I transitioned to my new home. Chris met me at my apartment and gave me a quote to move my items into my storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Raynham. He was very kind and very accommodating. When we got to my storage unit they wanted to charge me almost $100 more than I was originally expressed (due to lack of available spaces). I needed a one bedroom size storage so the asking price was ridiculous. I was frustrated! Chris allowed me to put my items in his storage at no extra charge because of the hassle and confusion. When I came to get my stuff he had the guys help me move the stuff. I didn't have to lift a finger! He didn't ask for additional money or treat me like a bother. That's so rare when dealing with companies. I'm so shocked that there are so negative reviews because I was met with nothing but politeness and compassion! I will definitely be using Gallant Moving again and have referred multiple people to him. Chris is good people!”
