We have always used this particular place,really never pay no mind to service or attitude,but this time we bought a phone for my daughter and a phone pack all billed together,got the phone and was told to come back for the case,so I called before I left work to go pick it up man I spoke with said it was not ready that he will call me to let me know when to come,he didn't call few days later went there and they said it was in the next store we waited and waited they never came with the case so we left,went there next day to pick it up she showed me the case but i had left the receipt at home,she said she couldn't not give me that I need to come back so i told her I couldn't because I just closed from work and going to pick my kid,got there the next day with the receipt why the same girl was attending to someone else she looked up and said I don't have no phone case for you if you want a phone case let me give you a number to call.rude and mannerless will be an understatement,only for hubby to as for a refund they said the phone case was $8 I think someone was hungry

Was so disappointed.. I thought the service was unacceptable.. first and foremost the cells representative took a personal call had her on speaker phone and the language that came out of that cell phone was appalling.. could not understand why the sales rep allowed and continue to have a conversation well customer me was in front of her.. I requested an upgrade for the phone that I had and come to find out I actually got a downgrade.. worst experience ever

Just was trying to call and ask a couple questions about the new plan they had to switch phone plans and it goes straight to voice-mail. Smh I get Noone wants to work but it's just sad. Not even surprised tho half of these clowns can't even speak clearly
