My son has been attending for more than a year. Master Mendes instills a good work ethic, self-control, and respect while engaging his students in strenuous physical development from the start of class to its conclusion. The rest of the instructors and staff are great, too. They clearly have a passion for what they do.

Best instructors!Greg Mendes is incredibly gifted and talented working with the kids of all ages!I would recommend this dojo to anyone with kids (especially if the kids are struggling with listening skills, focus or sef discipline or self control, lack of respect...etc), it's one of the best ways to relearn these traits.

Signing both of my daughters up (ages 4&8) at Mendes Martial Arts is the best thing I could have done for them. Tang Soo Do has helped them gain confidence, respect and a love for being part of a team. Master Mendes has such a great way of connecting with all of the kids and make class fun. My girls look forward to class everyday and leave each class with something new that they learned, whether it's a new move, new block, or some good life advice. I would definitely recommend Mendes to anyone considering it.
