My son has been attending for more than a year. Master Mendes instills a good work ethic, self-control, and respect while engaging his students in strenuous physical development from the start of class to its conclusion. The rest of the instructors and staff are great, too. They clearly have a passion for what they do.

Best instructors!Greg Mendes is incredibly gifted and talented working with the kids of all ages!I would recommend this dojo to anyone with kids (especially if the kids are struggling with listening skills, focus or sef discipline or self control, lack of respect...etc), it's one of the best ways to relearn these traits.
