The most helpful and pleasant banking experience I have ever had. My lender and her team are very well versed on products, policy and deadlines. In addition, her response and patience to my MANY questions was more than I expected. Hats off to Mechanics Cooperative and Olga Andrade in particular!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I wouldn't be surprised if they still used typewriters here. In order to deposit your funds, you need to walk into the bank. Maybe there is a drive-thru teller? Not sure, but its 2022 I should be able to deposit my funds in an atm and move on. The branch in fall river has drive-thru deposits via an envelop so you have to wait 2-3 business days for those funds to be available. Technologically, these folks are stuck in the early 2000's.

Here's what this bank won't tell you: 1. You do not control access to your own money 2. They will freeze your account randomly, and blame it on another company they won't even name 3. You cannot leave the state with your debit card 4. You cannot purchase gasoline at the Exxon Mobil on Rt 24 5. They are collecting data about you, your purchases and your banking habits and giving them to a 3rd-party company to create a profile of you without your consent 6. Their "fraud alert" data is so wrong, it shut off my debit card less than 18 miles from home without any notice whatsoever 7. When you ask for an explanation or a supervisor, they will hang up on you 8. This dumpster fire of a financial institution has ZERO quality standards and should not be trusted with your money or your personal data
