You can refer to me as M!They immediately answered my call, told me to come to visit them to replace my tire as they had many tires available!! I enjoyed my time to the fullest, they are very kind and professional. You people need to remember they are an honest body shop in a horrific town with dishonorable citizens... They are all very kind and helpful!! I read many reviews and most of them I call b.s on most of those reviews I will continue to use this shop as long as I live in Massachusetts

The owner of this auto body shop is super professional and straight to the point and doesn't try to add on things to make the bill higher. He is honest with his prices as well. Highly recommend. Thank you for the gas tank ❤️

this place is an absolute joke dont take your vehicle there to be repaired he will steel the catalytic converter out of your vehicle and replace it with a some sort of pipe and he tries to scam the insurance company out of money if your vehicle is brought there for insurance reason, They dont deserve a star at all

Went in for a photo inspection and the inspector proceeded to question my intelligence and driving skills bc i did not fill out his part of the inspection. He then forced me and my 3 year old son out of the car to wait in the rain for no reason as he didnt look in the car at all for the inspection

Absolute worst service ever!!! Waited and hour and 10 minutes for them to replace a tire!!! Arrived at the business at 8:30pm when the closed at 9. They had my husband find our tire himself, had him help bring in the other tires while searching. Then charged us $120 for the tire. Then made us wait an additional 20 minute for them to put the tire on my car!!! After all that they didn't apologize for anything and were very unconcerned about the time they wasted!!! And to make matters worse they didn't even remove the tag off the tire!!!Service: Tires

These guys are awesome and I mean absolutely awesome. 6 p.m. on a Thursday truck and down Bay Street clip the curb blew out my front right tire of course damn Cadillacs don't come with a spare. Call these guys up and he sent somebody right down to pull my wheel off went back to the shop put a brand new tire on for a very fair price. You guys rock!
