Spent hour & 1/2 on phone with cable set up an appointment.,, got a call from “advanced tech” had me plug & unplug box to tell me wasn’t the box it was the tv,, placed a call to John mostly to ask charge to check, John very patiently spent time with me on phone & felt it was in fact my cable box but he would look at the tv. Packed it up & drive to the shop. John met me at door carried it into the shop, plugged it in, connected it to cable & wa la!! He was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly & patient with this technically challenged senior. 5 stars not enough!!

Excellent service, they fixed my 30 year old garage door opener. He had to fix the circuit board on both boards and did a great job, highly recommend

John was helpful and provided great service when we needed it most. He is fair and honest and does not try to upsell you. He provides excellent customer service and wants to be sure his customer is happy. This was a rare experience these days having someone you can actually speak to face to face who answers questions, delivers and installs. Excellent customer service. He called to follow up to be sure everything was going well. A++

Great business,,,great work and great guy!!!!!! My Samsung 50 inch TV stopped working and i liked the TV so much I decided to see if I could get it repaired,,, a quick search on the web led me to John's TV,,,,,I called him the following morning and went over some details of TV failure,,,,,I dropped TV off at his shop and was called within days to tell me of the problems he had found and cost of repair......I gave him the go ahead and within a week I was called and told TV was ready for pickup!!!!!!! It was an enjoyable experience,,his facility is very clean and he is very honest,,,,,I would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!

This is the second time we deal with John's TV for 2 different TV sets of different brands, and we had great service both times. John the owner and the manager always explained up front what the repair process is expected to be like, he knows what is he talking about, he committed to the time frame of doing the job, and he always called back timely if he promised to do so or when we left a message. He also calls later on after the job is done to follow up and make sure everything is running well.Highly recommend for you TV repairs.

Big shout out to John's TV, just bought two TVs from him! I've delt with John, and his father before him, for years. Always a joy! Wonderful service! Quality merchandise! Reasonably priced! No hard sell! Delivers, sets up, and is one call away if anything goes wrong, forever! Also removed the old sets for a minimal fee! HUGE plus! And punctual, said he'd be here at 1 PM and was right on the dot! When was the last time that happened?! I'm a VERY happy camper! I think I may have just used up a month's worth of exclamation points but totally deserved!

Dropped a commercial grade CRT monitor that I use for retro video games off to John that was completely dead. Said he was running a week behind. He called me in a few days and said he found a capacitor that failed on the power board. He also reflowed a few solder joints that he said looked like they got a little hot over the years. Showed me that it functioned before I left with it. It was raining when I picked it up. He was kind enough to cover the monitor with his own sweatshirt and carry it out to my car as it was raining heavily. He repairs much more than TVs, DVD players, Blu-Rays and various other electronics as well. I'll be using him in the future for other repairs and will refer him to anyone.

My Samsung 55" 4k Tv needed repair and was not sure I wanted to fix or just purchase another set. I couldn't find tv repair shops in my area(RI) that had many good reviews. So I looked at John's Tv in Taunton. His reviews were very good. So I gave him a shot and I am so glad I did. The picture image is fantastic and his price to fix was worth keeping this 5 yr. old Samsung. Well worth the travel to Taunton from RI. Good to know there are repair shops like John's TV still surviving and doing quality work. HG in RI. Thank you John!!!!!!

We used John's TV service several times. He repaired our Bose audio system when every other service said it couldn't be repaired. It was 10 years ago and it still works great. Now we had a problem with Samsung plasma TV. It just stopped working. Usually other repair shops don't deal with something like this. John came to the house, picked up the TV, gave us loner to watch while ours was being repaired and in several days, as was promised, he returned our TV - all repaired and working like brand new. He is very professional, knowledgeable, takes time to find a problem and fix it. I would highly recommend him and his service.

John’s TV repaired our 2018 LG 60” LED TV that was no longer covered by any warranty. We brought the TV to him and they immediately came out with a cart to bring the TV inside. He diagnosed the problem and called us with cost to repair. We had him do the repair and are extremely happy. He is very thorough, explained everything, and corrected issue that caused problem. I can’t say enough good things about John’s TV.

Very professional, and fast quality service. For a small diagnostic fee (which is put toward your repair costs) we were told what was wrong with our TV within 4 days (Fri-tues) and the repair was completed within hours of my giving the green light.
