“I’m almost dumbfounded with astonishment about how well and how quickly and how professionally I was treated by Lou Pacheco and his staff where I’d recently sought personal service through his store with a longstanding jewelry issue that I didn’t think had even an average chance of getting fixed.Not only did he and his staff reach out to me multiple times during the entire short period from the beginning to the end of my jewelry issue, but they responded to me with swift excellence in their final result with the ring that I’d cherished for years. Quite honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the result which made my jewelry look as good as the day that I’d received it. He even included a special polishing cloth, as well as directions as to how to use it, free of charge. It doesn't look that big from the street-side entrance, but once you step through its doors, lo & behold, its huge inside! 4 floors of booths and areas to peruse - tbh, I didn't have time to go through it all like I wanted. The basement floor is filled with consignment furniture at great prices (as with all consignment stores, a sharp eye is needed to identify those bargains!). We needed to help kit-out our daughter's first apartment and TAC fit the bill nicely. For $115 we got her: a solid wood dining table ($35), an ergonomic adjustable office chair ($25), a floor lamp/torchere ($20), and a decorative antique wall mirror ($35). Definitely a place we'll visit again (and again) to look for unique gifts and affordable furnishings.”

“I was going to give a three-star but I decided that it deserved 4 because of the customer service there is a few employees that work there that go above and beyond to try to help me out. To me customer service and communication is a big plus for me the reason why I didn't give it a five-star is because I do believe that they under pay when you try to sell something or loan something. I get it they need to make a profit by selling the items but they don't need to make a killing from us.”
