I’ve been coming to this specific H&R Block for years because Diane has always been so great. Not only is it convenient scheduling, but location is easy as well.Unfortunately, they charge so much to do your taxes. It’s not even worth it; literally go ANYWHERE else.

I did not feel properly cared for by my tax professional. She made an error and ignored maybe 5 or 6 e-mails from me. She did not properly inform me of the actions I needed to do in order to finish the filing process. She did not check on me or her work to make sure everything was right. I have already been waiting about a month for my return and now I will be waiting much longer. It is very disappointing because I have been struggling financially and I was counting on this money. I have always filed my taxes with you and now I will probably never go to you again.
