Quite literally one of the top three dealerships in the area. If not the state and they’re not number two or three if you’re wondering, this diverse team comes fully equipped with financial experts and in-house mechanical maintenance team, as well as an amazing Service experience, unlike any other half experience, and I am on my fifth car as of writing this revision;which I bought from them and I recommend you do the same. At least if you DO want a hassle free time purchasing a vehicle but you wanna played and taken advantage of when Buying a car please avoid this place at all cost. They’re too honest.

Car I bought was a complete lemon electrical problem changed battery alternater exhaust fell off water pump went heat doesn't work had to change ignition coils all with in 5 months of owning the vehicle all stuff that should of been taking care of before car was sold I pay extra each month on payment for coverage an was told I have to pay out of pocket to fix problems wanted a reliable family car an nothing but problems had 2 trained mechanics in the business for over 30 years look at the vehicle and both said to bring it back an that it shouldn't of been sold with the problems it had with 3000 dallers in repairs already and more popping up every day and the time it has spent in a mechanic shop under massachusetts lemon law it qualifies as a lemon

I had to buy a car and was looking for a specific car. I found one at Hermes Auto Sale's. This was a very good experience. They were fair, accommodating, truly friendly and nice. They were honest and really did bend over backwards for me. Can't recommend this dealership enough.

Ultimately the WORST place to ever try to finance a car. Not honest , not communicative , overall a terrible experience. Please avoid this place at all costs if you can. If I could go in detail about my experience I would.

Great car buying experience. They answered all my call add were prompt to reply, fore filled all their promises, and bent over backwards to satisfy me. Even after I bought the car and left the lot, they still took care of me. Serge got things done.
