Wow! How is this company still in business?? This guy should be in jail for this outrageous extortion racket he's running! How does he have a city contract to tow for the TPD? Who's getting a kickback over at the PD?

SCAM ALERT: As I can see from these other reviews, I am not alone! The definition of organized crime. A pretty lucrative unethical business you guys have schemed up. So here's how it works, business owner (The Lighting Gallery of Taunton) calls Harry's to tow out of lot (while closed mind you). Harry's swoops in and takes your car. Leaves you stranded miles away. Tells you they are closed, charging you storage fees on top of outrageous tow fee. Slap on an "administrative" fee and wala! We have a $200 expense! To top it all off, CASH ONLY. Hmmm no scam going here! @irs should take a closer look at these business practices. I'd bet my house that TLGT and Harry's split the crooker profits. Hope my $200 was worth it, I will be on a crusade to shine the spotlight on your criminal enterprise.

Super quick and professional. Gave me the best price out of 5 for my junk vehicle and didn't harass me via text, email or phone like some other companies. Would definitely recommend, in fact, I just told a family member about them.

Thief. Steals your vehicle then holds it for extortion. Cash only because why would you be honest on your taxes?

I thought I was the only one who dislikes this place until I saw the review by Iris at Sea. I was in Harry's last week for a noise in my front end. He told me I needed both my tie rods replaced as well as ball joints and it was going to cost $1,400. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion explained what Harry had told me and just watched as a mechanic laughed and assured me that even if those were the issues the price would not be nearly that high. It turns out one of my breaks with locking up a bit, it was a five-minute fix and I paid $30. I had my car inspected yesterday and it was at a third location, my tie rods and ball joints were fine oh, the second mechanic was correct and Harry completely tried to rob me

Beware of this business! They price gouge outrageously and try to take advantage of women. After quoting my daughter $35 for a tow when she went to pick her car up he told her it was $200 and claimed there were a whole bunch of add-on fees. Not knowing any better she went and got more money because he will only accept cash. When she got back with the $200 he laughed at her and said it's up to $313, showed her some extra fees and literally laughed in her face and told her it was all legal. He had been rude to her at the first time she was in so she had me on speaker phone the second time and I heard everything. After agreeing to pay the $313 just to get her car, she called AAA to pick it up. AAA was to arrive at 4:25, he then told my daughter that he was closing at 4 and there was nothing she could do but leave her car there until Tuesday and pay the extra storage. Do not trust or use this shop.

I would give them a zero if I could. They towed my car and when I picked it up the the alignment was way off and they broke the tie rod on the front wheel. When I call them back to complain they told me that it was already broken and that Towing it wouldn't do that. I am sure. That if they even bothered to research, they would know that misalignment is one of the number 1 issue of an improperly towed car. Obviously someone needs to retrain their staff on how to properly tow a car. If they had to pay the repair bills of the cars they damaged maybe they would do their job better. So if you see Harry's towing do yourself a favor and wait another 45 minutes or 2 hours for another tow company.

They said they'd be there in 20 minutes, and I could have set my watch by them. Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them.
