Customers are too often faced with the choice of extended lines... Or scanning and bagging their own groceries. Please pay employees enough that recruitment and retention is not an issue. From the look of the customer lines and always full parking lot, your revenue is not an issue. Thank you.

The quality of food has devolved …Just paid for BAD Kumbucha that made me ***violently sick with food poisoning***! Look at the date from FEBRUARY and I bought it in JUNE. The strawberries went bad within 24 hours of purchasing. Buyer be aware.

My pcp suggested I use their pharmacy. Best recommendation by far! My health insurance wouldn't cover a specific med, said there's a cheaper version. It cost $1700/month and my dr didn't want me to take the cheaper version for several reasons. Hannafords offered the med for much, much less @ $48/month. Any questions/concerns I've had, the pharmacist was very thorough in answering them. If my prescription was delayed they always called to give me notice. A great crew Hannafords has.
The grocery store itself has always been very clean, and the produce is fresh.

Went to the deli to grab the pre-made and packaged lunch meats and when we realized there was no land-o-lakes white cheese there were four employees behind the deli counter cutting meats. I asked the woman “are you folks open” she replied “no we closed at 7pm” she then abruptly turned and walked away. All I was going to ask was are you, or can you get us some cheese. Instead I stood there looking at these employees who had zero customer service skills as they carried on with a conversation of “do these customers see the sign? Or do they look to see when the deli closes” then carry on laughing about it!! I can honestly say based on this attitude and the lack of care and customer service I can promise you I just spent my last penny at Hannafords going forward. I don’t think it would have been to much to ask “is there anything I can get for you” and sell us the cheese they clearly didn’t stock out front!! I’ve never seen this type of poor customer service at their competitors. So moving forward I will no longer shop there and will take my business elsewhere. I even took a photo I wish I could share

Bought two slices of carrot cake was ok but not as good as usual must of changed bakers, won't buy it again.
