June first is cycling me through any plan that BOOST wants to put me on for three months at a time? BOOST appears to be scummy liarse and converters.Líes & Scum describe(s) Corporate Customer Service!!!☎️Boost Online: Stated the desired plan change with two different agents that left me hanging . Now I have no data and no idea if the plan will be changed. The Boost Bot easily processed things earlier this week.I told the agent the plan I wanted and he spent fifteen minutes diddling my account. I went for Data and have none and no idea where Boost appropriated these polite unprepossessing agents.It is Saturday without data; I can stay home and diddle my Boost phone on this Saturday night.-How hard is It to add Data or change a plan??? Boost Bot if possible as these two agents were fresh, Green and appear to be clueless as the account has a lot of money but no data delivered 7Jan2023 p.m. In the dark now. ?️??2023 possibly go wrongTNX14Jan23 Lying on phone that Boos Store will use Reboost card to set up new plan and pay for 5GB extra to add to one year plan. I dealt with Chad twice in one day, who gets very angry fast when asked for assistance.Told me “No Refunds” before l even mentioned a refund, due to paying my bill & then my phone got shut off 3 days later. I knew something was not right, I never received the text receipt. Kept getting “ Payment due “ texts after payment. Called here spoke with Chad , who told me “Your all set “then next day no phone service. First time l went in to ask about it, he gave me a “nothing we did wrong “ You gotta contact boost directly! I finally got ahold of someone at boast ( With absolutely no help from this location) they told me it was an error. TOO LATE, l switched my service by then. I have seen Chad raise his voice at customers and heard him do the same on the phone with customers. If this location and the service itself wants to stay in business, they need to get someone who knows how to treat & talk to their customers. I will never use this service again and l will share this terrible and disrespectful experience l had here with others.

Place is a 5 star but boost is negative 5. Been a customer for 15years been having a problem with my phone for 2 months because they are forcing us to use 5g son5g sim for a 4g phone . I said I would like a upgrade do to the fact my phones is messed up they hove me the same run around 6xs the 7th time she basically told me to to somewhere else and offered my account info to do so. Dont just give me a 50 dollar phone. Bit new customers can get a free phone I pay over 700 a year for 15years even more sense it was a walkie talkie. Do the math 50 dollars or 700 dollars x2 because my son has boost well did we are switching definitely dont care about their loyal customers

I will never go here again. Sense when does a person with cash just asking for a cheap android phone. Got treated like I didn’t matter not to mention I pullin an the sales man is out chilling in his truck with friends, very rude an unprofessional… lost a $200 sale to Walmart of all places :-/ boost is going downhill with people like this running the show

This store is absolutely wonderful & the young woman who works there is one of a kind. A gem. She was so polite & knowledgeable about the phones that were available. My husband & myself were pleasantly surprised. She went above & beyond. We will certainly be referring our friends & family to this store in the future.

The lady at this boost mobile is very happy and energetic. This was my first time going to this one and I felt like I knew her my whole life. Definitely doing more business with her again.

The best in the business right here! It all starts with a good foundation & Advanced Wireless Inc. is owned & operated by a family that cares! Which to me, is most important. The store itself is very clean and organized, it has a very warm welcoming atmosphere & everything is easily accessible! Their staff is very knowledgeable & helpful, capable of handling all of your wireless needs. I would definitely recommend visiting Advanced Wireless & see for yourself all the great products they have to offer! You will not be disappointed. They’re open seven days a week mon-sat 10a-7p & sun 12p-5p
