I love BJs pick up because it’s easy and quick! I had an awesome young man named John m. He did an amazing job handling many orders also dealing with some not so nice customers. But he handled it great!

I have been very agitated with the inconsistent stock and the fact that the increase in prices are no longer worth the membership! I am able to find the prices at my local grocery store are the same price.

Staff members need to be trained on how to communicate better. I had the worst experience only because I forgot my membership card. The staff had no patience to work with me in downloading the app or finding another alternative to pay—horrible customer service. I am very disappointed. She shouted back at me, “Go ahead and cancel your meetings,” after I said I would cancel my membership because of how I was treated.

Had the most wonderful experience with my Tire Purchase and installation at BJ’s in Taunton. After shopping multiple sites and speaking with several competing tire dealers I was fortunate to speak with Tristan at BJ’s. It was so refreshing to get someone so knowledgeable in all aspects of his job along with being so helpful, personable and competent. He took the time to answer my questions and shared his knowledge and experience that resulted in the purchase of 8 tires for me and my daughter. It’s was nice to know that the installation was completed by an extremely competent person that takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I give the experience a 10++ BJ’s is extremely fortunate to have such a valuable team member working for them. Thank you Tristan and thank you BJ’s.

I didn't know I worked for BJs. I didn't know I had to man a register to checkout my own groceries after 12+ hours of working my "first" job. I've guess being a member since 2008 has perks! I get to pay a yearly membership to have the pleasure and exclusivity to get to buy groceries and check them out myself. Rather drive further away to pay a membership that will actually give me basic service.
