Went in to purchase 3 laptops and an iPad. 2 laptops were out of stock, when the website they were in stock. Same thing with the iPad. Tried to purchase 3 laptops. Problem with credit card. Manager took over 15 minutes to come help. Very poor customer service. Won't be back.

I really like this BJ's. Staff is friendly & helpful. Their produce is amazing. I love when I clip coupons on the app, they are sent directly to my bj's card. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I've been to numerous BJ's and this is one of the best. There is never a wait when checking out, plenty of serve yourself registers and a couple of associate run registers. Staff is ok, but I rarely find any staff at any BJ's pleasant. The people at the door checking your purchases are by far nicer than the extremely unpleasant and attitude plenty woman at the Stoughton store (where there are always long lines at the registers and courtesy desk.). Have been to this BJ's quite often during Covid and it is not fully stocked but if you ask a store rep, they will answer any questions about stock. With that said when I spoke with a store rep, she pulled her mask down to speak with me. During Covid I wish she had kept the mask on.

It's BJs and I've been going there for over 15 years. Always clean and priced reasonable. I picked up just about anything and everything from this place....my clothing, my Kuerig, my 65in LED.... Never an issue with staff neither. Seems to have good employees and well run. I hope it'll be there forever.
