My wife went for a oil changed he charged her 100 dollars just for oil change she asked if they topped off any of the fluids he rudely told her no we don’t do that never again

Shout out to these guys! I had something going on with my tire wether it was a nail, or valve stem, I kept losing air and my tire was super low. I spent all morning trying to find a place that would take me, to look at my tire. These guys were busy but still took the time to look at my tire and fixed the issue. It was a small nail. These guys were extremely nice, and helpful. Great service. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you!!!

I brought my car into this shop and they were so kind to me and explained every step while checking my car. The older gentleman was even kind enough to bring me into the garage to show me what the issue looks like on my car and why it is an issue. These guys will be my new go to repair shop. Thank you for your honesty!

Have a leak on my car that i swear has been serviced here atleast 3 times and its still leaking replacing all these gasket seals and charging me for them just to come back is stupid man. Always find myself trading an arm and a leg to get my car serviced who tf makes 100 dollars an hour mechanics are ridiculous lolServices: Transmission

Wow!! The people at this shop are so incredibly nice . Everyone was so friendly and professional. My brakes were VERY bad. They didn't try and sell me on anything I didn't need. The mechanic very clearly explained what was going on and also brought me to my car on the lift to show me what he was going to do . The work was done extremely quick. I would recommend Big Al's to anyone looking for great work done by great people !
