I like the way that there is always neat stacks of auto supply on all the racks. The customer service needs jus a little bit of work. I went there ask a question and the cashier try to belittle me. Hopefully they can be more kind to customers that don't have too little knowledge of what they are searching for

Went into the store yesterday for headlight reconditioning kit. The workers there looked so bored that they were there. Got what I needed and payed for it. It seemed like I was putting the worker out. Went to use it nexted day and found the boxed was taped up. The product must have been returned by another customer. There was things missing out of the box. Watch what you buy there.

I needed 2.5 exhaust flanges (donuts)I brought in the pipe to match up the piece, Emanuel, assisted me getting the piece to fit, this was to fit my jeep Srt exhaust repair, dealer wanted....$85 for 1. I had to drive to Taynham for the 2nd (they only had 1)Kudos to Emanuel, for taking the time to try a few parts til 1 fit, he tried a few and said this is too loose go with part and it fit like a glove. Just made my day. Thank you Sir. Keep up the good work!

They take used oil and oily rags!! 5 gallons a day per customer without requirement of purchase.Employees are generally well mannered and easy to talk to.Frankly I am a bit shocked there is no local gov / municipality center that takes it for Dighton / Taunton towns, but these guys do!

Terrible service, Went to get the engine light checked and the guy refused to because it was 20 degrees. He was very rude and advise the others not to do it. yes i called their regional manager and reported them. Went to a different AutoZone the same day and got it checked out with no problem.

These guys(Brian & Nathan) were awesome helped me nurse my winter work horse back to speed after a summer of sitting. Even installed my batteries in my remote start fobs and loaned me tools, tested my battery free of charge, coded out me free of charge and more. Good spot

Staff very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. Has all sorts of auto parts and accessoriesHats, t-shirts, candy, car cleaning products, car parts, seat covers and music playing, too. Our dog enjoyed walking around, as well. Plenty of parking and next door to a Dollar Store!

This place is a joke! I went about a week ago because my brake fluid light came on so I needed someone to help me fill it as I know nothing about cars. Went in asked the guy he got me the fluid and came out and put it in my car. I noticed the light was still on so ignored it thinking that maybe it has to reset itself. I went back in yesterday keep in mind there were no customers were even in the store so figured I would be helped right away since the employees were just standing around. Nope took about 5 mins to even be acknowledged finally a young kid helps me I tell him about how I was just in last week if someone could just come check my fluid to see if it was low after giving me a blank look and a attitude his response was “we are not allowed to touch anything under the hood it’s a liability “. I’m confused if that’s the case why did the other kid help me makes no sense at all. So I went across the street where they were so helpful and nice . The gentlemen put fluid in my car and also let me know that the guy from auto zone put the brake fluid in the wrong place! He put the brake fluid where my power steering fluid goes!! Unbelievable I just got done putting so much money into my car and this is not ok! This could ruin my engine ! The young kid with red hair that’s works here has no clue what he’s doing and not happy about this at all!
