“Been working with them for years, and they do great work. One great thing i notice over the years, as they been growing and expanding, is they remain the same great shop that just wants to do the right job at the right price. The persistence over the years of always making sure they are doing the right job, do it well, and only fix whats broken is what keep me coming back. Also if they can give you options on various ways to fix at different price points, they will. I had times that I tried to talk them into doing more and they talk me out of it. I like to bring my cars to the chains auto place so i can use them for the deals on their loss leader stuff (discount oil changes, free tire rotations, complimentary multi point inspections), but when they hand me the list of stuff to fix, i just tell them no, I just drop it off at Paul's to fix it or tell me if its a actual problem.

“In June of 2023, I was up from New York vacationing on Cape Cod. I drove my 1992 BMW 535i, which to this point had always been a reliable daily driver. Unfortunately, while on this trip my transmission finally gave at 150k miles. Nobody in the area would work on this car until I contacted Quality. Not only were they willing to work on the car, they had it fixed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Nearly a year later, I had some minor follow up issues with the transmission. Quality stood behind their work and fixed the new issues at no cost. It was worth having the car trucked nearly 200 miles up from New York. These are people that stand by their work and treat their customers with respect. I feel very fortunate that I came across them.”
“Came here for an inspection & failed ? I needed two front tires, which Jamie replaced for me & reinspected; then I passed ✅ The staff were very kind & I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle to them. Although they were busy, they made time to fit me in & kept me informed of the wait time & progress. Would absolutely recommend for car needs as they are honest & caring, which is hard to come by for mechanic shops ❤️”

“Shout out to these guys! I had something going on with my tire wether it was a nail, or valve stem, I kept losing air and my tire was super low. I spent all morning trying to find a place that would take me, to look at my tire. These guys were busy but still took the time to look at my tire and fixed the issue. It was a small nail.
