I had a great experience with Arnold’s when my car broke down on vacation in Lincoln on a holiday weekend. They were able to get us back on the road within about 32 hours of my first call to them. Even when they initially had the wrong part delivered, they stayed committed to getting us taken care of that day so that we could get home sooner than later. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. I’m very glad our Airbnb host recommended them, and I would do the same now!

My friend (whom is taken advantage often due to his learning disability) brought his truck there to replace two front tires and within a month one of the tires got a flat. When he brought this to Arnold's attention Arnold claimed it was the rear two tires he replaced not the front and charged him the cost $$ to replace the tire.
