Ppl that work there are awesome great customer service they come right up to me and ask what I need. Even put a whole outfit together for me. Anyone on here complaining about prices clearly don't understand the business. Not to mention their unmatched clothing selection, unlike any other resell store I've been to.

I am a regular here and for the store it's very simple, basic like any other. However, Nick makes my experience over the top. I never feel rushed, he is always going above and beyond. Shout out to Nick for understanding customer service

Literally one person works here and he doesn’t know anything. He had to call the owner at least 5 times to ask for prices of products. Also more or less everything you find in that store can be bought from stock X or GOAT for much cheaper. This store doesn’t negotiate at all, they wanted $100 over stock X price ( after shipping and authentication fees ) and refused to drop pricing to even match that price. To top it all off I found the shoes I wanted on stock X and even showed the guy how far off he was and he still refused to negotiate, so I bought them right off stock X in front of him and walked out. I would’ve had no problem at all paying the exact same price just to support a local business but overall Going here was a complete waste of time and I won’t be going back.

Terrible customer service. A friend posted that their College student used all her Xmas money to purchase sneakers. Manager said they could be returned if they didn’t fit. She went back to return 5 days later and manager said can not return and listed on the receipt. Not a way to run a business by taking advantage of teenagers.You should look at the whole situation and do the right thing.

WARNING Not and honest store or owner! Owner started the sneakers could be returned and wouldn’t allow us to try on... then when came back to return would refund money stated in receipt ‘no refunds’ ... no refund no exchange... on a $350 sale!

me and my fam been dealing with the owner for about 15 16 years now and its always a great experience..he and his wife are great people with golden hearts..soon as you walk in the door they come to your help..service is always great and on point..

The sign says "50% off jumpsuit", so I was expecting all jumpsuits to be 50% off because it did NOT mentioned anything about "selected style jumpsuit" on the sign. I found a jumpsuit I really like and headed to the cash register to pay. The cashier said the jumpsuit I picked was not on sale and she asked the manager to come over. The manager with blonde hair, refused to honor the price and spoke very loudly with a "NO" that literally everyone in the store could hear it. I explained to her that the sale sign did not labeled "selected style" but she kept claiming it labeled "selected style". Then, I showed her the sale sign and clearly this time she knew she was mistaken because it did not label anything about selected style. Without an apology, she came up with some excuses and said "well, that is why the sale sign are only on this rag because these are the only jumpsuit that is on sale, not the rag next to it because there is no sale sign." Which makes absolutely no sense. Then I asked her "How come it did not label as selected style then? Can you honor the price because the company makes an mistake on the pricing?" Again, she refused without an apology. This is the worst experience I have encounter at Express.
