There is a grocery distribution program sponsored by the YMCA, on the 3rd Friday of every month. A very big help for many in the adjacent communities, in these current economic times.

Love my gym! Family atmosphere, all types of people. LOVE the 6 am classes so I can get my workout done, get to work on time with time to even stop for coffee!
