“Our sweet kitty Tofu has been to Bay State Vet ER twice due to complications with Feline Urinary Disease and we were very impressed with his care both times. Dr. Nelson, Dr. Klocke and all of the staff treated him with a high degree of respect and professionalism. They kept us updated on his care even when they were very busy with urgent cases.
