Good afternoon, I wanted to share that Jacob Dunham out of the Verizon sales office located at 728 Gar Highway in Swansea, MA was the BEST experience we have had. We stopped going to that sales office about 3 years ago due to poor service from 2 gentlemen who are no longer employed there. We were hesitant to go, but are we glad we did. We walked away with 4 new cells, 4 cell cases, 2 magnet wallet attachments, 4 clear glass screen protectors, and honestly, if it weren't already 9:18 p.m. we would've kept purchasing items as Jacob was that attentive. EXCELLENT. There was another rep and the store manager there that were also incredibly helpful. The store manager was about to leave when we walked in and stayed to ensure Jacob was supported and that we were happy. Great job with staffing that stores with professional sales representatives!!! We almost left Verizon (check our account - you'll see), but they turned that around. It was past closing and Jacob didn't flinch and offered to meet my husband back at the store today to finish transferring the data from my cell to the new one! Thank you, Jacob and the team at the Swansea store. - Natacha & Family

Came here the day after Christmas for a new phone Mark hooked it up the dude is legit . He made everything easy and told me exactly what I needed without trying to upcharge me . That's my brother from another mother.

I remember when premium retailers were things to be avoided. Grand Wireless always was terrible so I stuck with the Retail stores until switching the Best Buy because I wanted their warranty, not Asurion's.But as I approach another upgrade, my two visits to this store (And the decline of the service in retail stores and the knowledge of staff at Best Buy) is ultimately drove me to make my next upgrade HERE. I don't like the Middletown location as much. THIS is the one to go to (Though I hear their other one in Northern RI is good too...)I did my mom's upgrades here and the person helping was genuinely friendly, something I honestly don't see too often anymore, so I started going here for all my upgrades. It's not very often a salesman can ACTUALLY ANSWER my questions!This review was updated in November 2023 because as I promised when I first did the review MANY YEARS ago...This has been were I did the last 2 phone upgrades, and even added a tablet!

My husband and I had a great experience at the Swansea location with Marc. We both needed to update our phones and he told care of everything for us. It took much longer than any of us anticipated but Marc stayed an hour past closing just to make sure everything was done. He never complained and was super helpful. He also helped to find us the best deals and promotions that we didn't even know about. Highly recommend this location and Marc if you need help! Thank you!

Guy who I got stuck with was rude and offered no solutions. He barely spoke but when he did it was rude. He also was vaping on the sales floor. Steer clear of this Verizon.

I highly recommend Chris for any and all cell phone needs and issues at the, Swansea, MA Verizon Cell Store! His customer service is excellent, his knowledge of phones and plans far surpasses any associate my family has ever dealt with, in all the years of having cell phones! Chris' patience and understanding is unbelievable, he goes above and beyond everytime we walk into the store, and he never rushes through anything that he has to do or rushes you for any reason. In fact, at different times, he has literally spent hours at a time with family members, because of phone or plan issues, so we do not have to come back with unresolved issues or oh sorry it must be something else wrong. Chris explains everything thoroughly, more than once, shows you your options, tells you any discounts or promotions available, explains your plan costs, answers all questions fully and truly wants you to be a satisfied and happy customer when you leave. You will leave the store with knowing exactly what your bill will be, no hidden surprises, knowing you received the best service, being educated on the latest information on your new phone and plan. Chris also continues his amazing customer service by calling you within the first 30 days to check in and see if your happy with your phone and if you have any questions or concerns. He continues to call you every 6 or so months after continually, for the same, he is NOT trying to sell you anything on these calls! He is checking to see if you have any questions, issues with your phone, and reminds you he's there at the store if you do! There is no one else we will deal with when it comes to cell phones! Chris always says please come back or call me with any questions or concerns, and he always gets back to you within a reasonable time, if you leave a message for him! Verizon is lucky to have Chris working for them! We are lucky to have found Chris!

My husband and I had an issue with our 2 new phones that we had purchased and signed up for service from another Verizon Store. The phones had been working the night we purchased them but both phones lost service the following morning. We discovered this on the way to a function. We were not near the store we purchased the phone from but when we drove through Swansea my husband saw this Verizon store. We walked in we met a very pleasant Zac M. He had us up a running in no time and showed us how to fix the issue if it happened again. Thank you Zac M for making our stressful day stress free.

These people ARE NOT Verizon employees, they are private contractors ie sales people. They sold me incompatible screen protector and phone protector and when the screen protector FAILED (actually never installed right) I went back to get a new screen protector. Not only did I have to BUY a new screen protector, I was told the phone protector was incompatible with the screen protector so I had to buy a NEW phone protector!!!! OF course they reimbursed me part of the money for the phone protector, it was only a few weeks old and probably twice the cost of the one installed. I thought I'd just pay, go home and talk to verizon, They can give a sh!t, they said they were a private company and I should talk to the manager, THE SALES MAN THAT I TALKED TO THE SECOND TIME SHOULD OF TALKED TO THE MANAGER!!

Needed to share what an absolute amazing employee Brian is! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful. I bought an iphone and accessories earlier in the day from Lacey, who was wonderful! I had some issues and returned to the store and was helped by Brian. He spent two hours with me fixing, pairing, explaining, and re-explaining when I didn't understand! He then came outside to my car with me and helped with connecting and explaining Carplay! I can't say enough about this gentleman. You are the very best Brian, you made my experience at Verizon great! I highly recommend this location and Brian!! Wish I could give 10 stars

Beware just found out today that 1 year ago I went to swansea store to trade in iPhone 8 for what I was told was an iPhone 14.Today went to T-Mobile to change service there due to being unhappy with Verizon and to be told that my phone is an iPhone 13 not a 14.I’m beyond angry!Because my bill reflected the price for an iPhone 14.They are crooks beyond belief!So glad I switched to T-Mobile I was a loyal customer of Verizon for about 20 years and this is what I getScammers
