I have a regular mailman that is such a good guy. He’s a younger guy. Extremely polite, outgoing and delivers with a smile. Then there is this sub mailman (older man) who throws things on my porch. Puts “Sorry we missed you” slips in my mailbox but never even attempts to ring the doorbell or knock. He doesn’t even stick them on the door. He just shuffles them in with the regular mail. I have security cameras surrounding my home. 2 are pointed directly at the mailbox. Not sure what the issue is? As far as the post office itself. The Postmaster is a gem and the lady at the service desk deserves a metal. I was there observing for a little over an hour while I waited for the package that should have been delivered to my home. So 5 stars for my young mailman 3 stars for the old one and that’s just because he shows up.

Always a long slow line at busy times. Never three cashiers although they have three stations. They refuse to adjust to Customer volume.

Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!Be kind and respectful to all USPS workers!

If I could review my carier and the employee who delivers packages I would review them as 5 stars.However, whenever I come here there is an obscene line if one employee is in the front. The guy isn't even wearing a mask and interacting with public. Not only is this not the time for casual talk as were in the middle of a pandemic, it's also a health risk as I wait line for a ridiculous chat.

I had created a money order that needed to be next day shipping, I paid 8 dollars for the shipping... come to find out the money order did not shipped out till 3 days later and 3 more days till it finally reach its destination... I wondered why this happened and recalled the older man who did my transaction telling a story to another customer that unfortunately had racial remarks involved... The word Negro and foreigners came out this mans mouth.. because of my ethnicity the mans remarks leaves me to think if I even had received next day shipping for my money order..

This is the best Postal office in the state. Chris provided exceptional customer service that I have ever had at a post office.
