“In June of 2023, I was up from New York vacationing on Cape Cod. I drove my 1992 BMW 535i, which to this point had always been a reliable daily driver. Unfortunately, while on this trip my transmission finally gave at 150k miles. Nobody in the area would work on this car until I contacted Quality. Not only were they willing to work on the car, they had it fixed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Nearly a year later, I had some minor follow up issues with the transmission. Quality stood behind their work and fixed the new issues at no cost. It was worth having the car trucked nearly 200 miles up from New York. These are people that stand by their work and treat their customers with respect. I feel very fortunate that I came across them.”

“Recently, my 2008 Toyota Camry, which has 227k miles, needed major repairs to the front suspension and to the power steering fluid system, and the car also needed new front brakes and 3 wheel bearings replaced. “I Went into another place to have my tires repaired. As they were pulling out of the garage my transmission fluid lines blew. No fault of theirs. It was just bad timing for me.Or actually it turned out to be good timing. Their manager recommend that I go with George's Auto Tech. I had it towed There the next morning and I was very surprised.They were able to fix it by the day after I had it towed there and I picked my car up the next morning. He also Found one of my Tie rods was about to break.It was so rotted, Just like my transmission fluid lines. Thankfully that prevented me from Potentially not being able to steer. Saved me a bundle not having to rent a car over the weekend. I recommend them , but I also recommend you making an appointment. They are justifiably busy. Very reasonable Price for the work. They are also within easy walking distance of enterprise.Rent a car if you have to rent a car while your car is in the shop, Or return A rental car and then go pick your car up from the shop without a ride.”

“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”
