“I have been taking my car to this business for 9 years, but today is extra special! My car broke down yesterday due to my alternator after leaving the hospital of my family member who was declared very terminally ill and when I called this morning, I just asked maybe for a courtesy timeframe so I could know how to make arrangements. Well they squeezed my car in today so I could be there for my family throughout the weekend! I can’t tell you how much this means to me and my family as I’m the only one who drives & how good these people are so please support this business because they truly are amazing people! Thank you guys so much!”
“I was stuck for 2 hours on 195 East with a flat tire. The tow truck driver dropped me here because it was the closest off the highway. These guys were so nice!! Courteous, professional and fast!! I got a new tire, very reasonably priced, and I was out in 30 minutes!! Thank you Kelvin and Robert for the super service!! Definitely less expensive than the Toyota dealer I bought my other tires at. I will be coming here again..hopefully driving myself.”

“The gentleman this morning from Firestone that took my mother‘s car this morning when she dropped it off he was Very polite and generous to her I appreciate that and also the mechanic that took the current did everything he needed to do and he also called me to let me no, what he was going to put in and how much it was gonna cost and he explained everything that he did to the car what was good and bad he said everything looked great. Took his time. No rush to get off the phone. That was great to hear and very good to know that there were no rush to get off the phone this time what was needed what was not needed? What was good was not good I appreciate that. That’s a place you definitely that I would recommend anyone to go to Firestone that’s for sure.”
