Vincent didn’t even bother looking at my return until 3 days before the deadline. He had the documents for almost a week. Then calls looking for a clearer copy of something, when he should have been done with the return already. Notification from the App stated it would be completed in 3 days from when it was submitted. I gave him 5 before I reached out for an update. On the 6th day of no updates or response I reached out again.:. I will never use HR block again, because of this I now need to request an extension and will end up with penalties and fees for late payments cause he couldn’t be bothered to do his job

My tax refund has been delayed so long because I finally found out through the mass website that it's missing information. I thought that's why I paid a tax professional 250$ to do my taxes for me. Thanks for wasting my money.

I liked the service I received from Edwina Lewandowski. After that it went downhill.State of RI tried keeping my refund. I myself contacted them and got most back. But some still withheld and idk why. Contacted company 4x and got 4 different people who I played phone tag with. Then last person told me to contact the State of RI.Thx for the wasting!
