EDIT: NO GROOMER SHOULD BE sedating dogs when the owners don't go they are not veterinarians! This person needs to be put out of business!!!!!!!!!And if you have a small dog? You should not bring this dog to her she does not like them!Went once quite some time ago and as I was going down inside all I heard was are screaming at the dogs to shut up. It was so chaotic. No way

I have nothing but great things to say about Gail! She’s great at what she does! I was looking for a new groomer for my golden doodle since my last one always complained about my Cooper and made him look like a rat. Heaven Scent came across my search and after my first phone call with Gail I knew he would be in good hands. Before his actual grooming appointment I had stopped by to get his ears plucked and she took the time to go over techniques and products to buy to get him de-matted. Which worked wonderfully! He had his first grooming appointment with her and he looks soooo handsome! The pic on the left is how he would come from my first groomer and the second is how he came out with Gail! What a difference! Highly recommend Heaven Scent!!

I seem to think she only knows how to shave a dog I allways tell her a short haircut and she just shaves him every timenot happy.

No way in hell. This woman hates small dogs and verbally says so herself. She has no business being around any kind of dogs. Do not bring your dog here if you care anything about them.

Amazing place of business, staff was exceptional and you could tell they love what they do! Top quality sevice at a great price. Absolutely will be returning regularly and recommending to all my friends/family for all grooming needs!
