Don't ever buy a car from these guys. With in 3 days of my daughter buying her SUV the check engine light came on. How did this ever get inspected?? We have now replaced the ignition coils, spark plugs. Turbo and 2 catalytic converters and Fuel injectors. My daughter has owned the vehicle for less than 2 months and it has been being fixed for about 5 weeks of the 2 months.

I will never recommend buying a car from this place. They sold a car to me knowing I told them I have small children with many issues . I had to go back 3x in order to fix the issue so the car could past inspection.Not even a month later , I had to spend over 300 on a new battery. The battery died only a month after having the car. Lastly the windshield wiper motor has broken. They should not be selling cars at all . Someone needs to report them to better business ?

My family bought 3 cars from Alphonse. Anytime anything went wrong, they always took care of us. The service team was great. Highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them ou.

Unfortunately he has junk cars. He just wash the cars to sell it but never check it before sell it, I bought a car $8,000 and after like one weeks I discovered many issues which cost like three or four thousand dollar to repair it

On June 25, 2023, I purchased a used car from Gas on the Run Dealership and Truck. The vehicle was brought to be licensed and registered on June 28th. However, during the mandatory inspection process, several issues were identified, which necessitated taking the car to a mechanic for further evaluation and repairs. Since then, the car has been in and out of the mechanic shop.The mechanic reported major issues with the vehicle, including a missing drive shaft and substantial transmission problems, leaking of power steering fluid and so on. These issues not only render the car unfit to drive but also pose a significant safety risk to myself and other road users. On July 8th, I promptly notified them about these findings and expressed my desire to return the vehicle and obtain a refund for the amount paid. Regrettably, the dealer informed me that they are currently out of the country and insisted that a refund would not be provided.In compliance with the dealer's request, I took the vehicle to their office on July 13th, accompanied by a mechanical report detailing the identified issues. I reiterated my request for a refund due to the hazardous condition of the car, which had the potential to endanger lives. The vehicle was left in the possession of their mechanic, as requested by the dealer and they insisted that they will not refund my money.I don’t recommend them, they knowingly sold me a lemon and won’t take it back.

I should have read the reviews prior to coming here with my daughter to buy a car, but I relied on a positive experience my sister had years ago when she purchased from here. The man Alphonse seemed like an absolute genuine guy. But he is just as bad as a stereotypical used car salesman. I completely understand that buying an older car for $5k will eventually have some issues. But this car started having big problems 2 days after purchase. When we took it back to be fixed, he said we would have to pay for it. I told him I’m aware of the Massachusetts Lemon Law. No, I do not have to pay for it. You sold a car that isn’t safe to drive. Long story short, we had to take the car there 3 times, the first two times it was “fixed” a little too quickly. The 3rd time he had the car for 2 weeks with a different excuse every time we called. And each time the car came back with the same issues. It’s not safe to drive. And he knows this car is for my 18 year old daughter. Pretty sure they just pretended to fix things because they weren’t making any more money on it. We would ask for a receipt with what was done and not only did he write the incorrect car on one of the papers, but he also just wrote random “fixes” that had nothing to do with why the car was dropped off. Like he made it up on the spot.If you do choose to take a risk with this place, know that they sell lemons and they don’t care. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Put 900 deposit. Then more. Then told if I put 1300 more I'd be approved for the loan.. I wasn't & never got any of my money back. They said they would call Then said there would be deductions since they held car for me despite being denied.. total scam & I'm out thousands

Scammers and conmen. Do not ever buy a car here! You'll be stuck with a broken piece of garbage and the owner will constantly lie to you and argue about fixing it.

MY OPINION IS:OWNER IS AN A-HOLETried to get my truck fixed there and nothing but trouble and still never was able to get it done.They sell cars there too but if you ever had a problem, WELL ^ look above!Better gas prices up near BJS

I went here today to see if they could fix one of my headlights(keep in mind that I didn't know you couldn't fix them in the first place). When I said I want to fix this headlight. He said he could have a new one ship there( didn't say when) & he wanted to charge $50 to have a new ship & put it in. He wanted to charge $20 just to take the head light out & put it back in. I said no, we arguing bout it for 10 mins. Got in my car & left while it was still in the garage.Also you pay $50 for a normal oil change for a 2010 sedan. Plus it takes almost an hour. I won't be going back here anymore stay away. Also I asked bout a new truck or an SUV for my cousin. He said he was going to get the information & never did.Say it never will go back to this place anymore. A bunch of money grubers. There are nice but money grubers.
