I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle after my suv completely broke down. I came across Empire Pre-Owned. It was Labor day and I figured they were closed. I went to go look and was greeted by Bowen. Test drove a few suv's and decided to go with a Ford Explorer. Sat down to some paperwork and then I purchased the suv. Scott and Bowen explained everything to me in detail. It went in for a inspection and what needed to be done was done. I picked it up fully inspected and detailed. I am extremely happy with Empire especialy Scott and Bowen who made this deal happen for me. Thank you again guys!!!

My father has been going there for a few years now. He loves it as they are always so helpful and even the oil changes are cheaper than any place around (and he hates spending money lol). Well, he went a few weeks ago to have his brakes looked at after a light came on in the car and they fixed it right up for a very reasonable cost. He went again this morning because the light was still on, and they did all the work including new parts for free. He’s an old man and a recent widower, so I’m always afraid of someone taking advantage of him, but never with Empire. Kim is always so helpful and professional. I wouldn’t let him go anywhere else. Thank you Empire and especially Kim!

Carlos is amazing, he worked extremely hard to accommodate me as best as he could. He went above and beyond and I am satisfied. The entire staff are very attentive and helpful in all ways. I give empire pre owned superstore a 5 starts. My dad and I came here with so much inquiries in our credit and they all worked hard to make sure we went out satisfied. We went home hopeful that the bank was going to approve us and it happened. The next day I received a call saying that we were approved and that we had to come down to do the paperwork. If you have bad credit i highly recommend this dealership they are friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

I purchased a car for my daughter and was completed satisfied with our sales associate, Carlos. We purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla. There were a handful of bumps throughout this purchase, one being the prices online are listed $3000 less than the actual price of the car. Although, after said and done it’s about the same price or a little less than the other dealerships, but I feel it is a deceiving way of getting the customer inside. This is a company policy and had nothing to do with our salesman. The 5 stars are for Carlos’ he was very personable, honest and guided us through the whole process until all our concerns were met. I would do business again with Empire knowing I could do business with Carlos.
Things that could have been better with the company:
*Advertising the real price
*Having the car ready for the appointment time that was made to test drive the car (we waited a while). Be considerate of the customer’s time.
*Astronomical Docs fees, a great deal higher than most dealerships.
Overall, I would shop here again.
