So I must write a review for Derek's Auto repair. Brought my daughters car in to diagnose an engine light, suspected igntion coil issue, spark plugs, also concered about oil in plugs. Derek had the car diagnosed, repaired, and additional oil change all done in less than a day. I was literally a walk in, and he went above and beyond to accomodate us. This shop just earned my business for all my auto needs. Thanks Derek, appreciate your exceptional service!!

I blew the tire on my way to work one morning. I was alone, panicked, and my husband had no way of getting to me. I managed to park across the street from Derek's and they truly saved me that day. One of their mechanics came across the street with me and was able to put on the donut for me, they even did it free of charge!!! I was back on my way to work an hour later, when AAA had quoted me a 3 hour wait! These guys working there are awesome, totally professional and female friendly!!!? Will definitely go back , but this time routine maintenance!!! Thanks again Derek's!!!

These guys are liars and rude, telling me I needed a timing belt and struts on a 37,000 mile car. When I called them out on their dishonesty, they ganged up on me and started dropping F bombs on me. Struts were not leaking and when you pushed up and down on the car and let go, the car stops bouncing after one bounce. Rude, vulgar and dishonest, stay far away from these hacks!!!!

These guys are straight up liars avoid this shop at all costs. Dishonest ppl. They don’t deserve one star. Brought car in for inspection for a pre sale check over, they told me shocks were bad. When in fact they most definitely were not. Car is extremely low mileage and a museum piece. Funny thing is I’m highly knowledgeable with mechanics and have a high level of mechanical aptitude. You won’t fool me. When you push the car down a let it up that should dampen and not bounce more than two times if shocks are good. No bounce at all an you could hear gas charge. Also asked to see any leaks or dry rot the didn’t have an answer. LIARS. Had to call all there loser workers over to try an intimidate us ?✌️

Very good and honest owner brought my 2002 BMW 325ci in today because I could not figure out why it wasn’t blowing out heat but I could feel it from the vent. They thought it was the blower motor but come to find out it was electrical. He didn’t leave me stranded and referred me to a electrical specialist that is local when he couldn’t figure it out and did not charge me for trying to fix it and has done previous work at a good honest price.

Great guy and honest. He checked my car out and what I was told it was the starter. Went to Derecks and he found it was a weak battery that I just bought at Firestone. He didnt charge me a dime. Yet Firestone charged me 15.00 to replace it.

As a fellow Nissan z owner he has helped me tremendously. This is a GREAT shop that takes pride on honest hard work . They are more than reasonable price wise especially in today’s market . If you live in the somerset,Swansea, Fall River, warren area it’s a no brainer to bring it to Derek. Thank you for all your help!
