I worked mostly with Kiel, but also with Joe, and both were exceptional. They were super-patient and never rushed me to make hasty decisions for my big purchases. They were also super-helpful in terms of the logistics (Will this fit in my room? What are the correct measurements? How will I pay for this?). Both really knew their stuff. Best of all, there was NO obnoxious sales pressure. To compare, I had also browsed at Raymour & Flannigan and was swarmed by a sales guy as soon as I walked through the door. He hovered like a shadow while I looked around, which made me uncomfortable and it was awkward. He even directly asked me, "So you want this?" referring to a pricey couch even though I expressed zero interest in purchasing at that time. None of this happened at Cardi's which is why they got the sale. Lastly, the delivery guys Keith and Dominic worked a few miracles squeezing the new furniture into my narrow doorways!

Eric and Dominic were wonderful. They notified us when they were coming, they were careful and friendly and got all of the furniture in quickly.

Ordered an outdoor dinning table from Cardis with Jasmine from the Wareham location. Jasmine was so professional, and helpful with my order over the phone, since I was ordering for delivery to New York. Jasmine ensured me that the item was in stock, provided me with day to day updates on when my item would be delivered. My item came delivered & pre-assembled, to ensure there was no damage to the item given the long drive. I have nothing but a smooth transaction, and highly recommend asking for Jasmine for future orders!

Don't ever go to Cardi's to buy a mattress I've been having problems for the last almost 3 years with a mattress the last mattress that I returned they said to me on the phone that they did they just changed it because to make me happy that was a lie my mattress is defected again they giving me a hard time to change it I don't recommend nobody to buy a mattress from Cardi's and don't do business with cardi do I wear anybody else except them they don't work with you they don't do nothing with you they just want money and forget about you that you are good customer I've been trying to talk to a supervisor to somebody in a corporate office in the first thing they say to me is that I'm wrong and they're right and they don't even work with me if anybody wants to see any pictures of all the matches that I had just shoot me an email and I can show you everything to you can see how Cardi's treats c the last thing I want to say is every time you buy a mattress or anything they're going to charge you with a fee regardless if you go anywhere else they don't charge you for warranty delivery only Cardi's which are you for that but they have people if you know somebody there they won't charge you before you buy anything Cardi's ask them about the warranty you'll get charged that's a guarantee you'll get charged a fee.... Check somewhere else and you won't get charged ..

My Wife and I went to the Cardi's in Swansea MA to start looking at new bedframes. At the same time I was looking for a new pillow. We met Lucy Carvalho and I mentioned to her that I was interested in a new pillow. She Recommended a Purple Pillow and stated her family loved these pillows! She had me try the pillow on a purple mattress. WOW, I loved the pillow and was happy she had recommended it. As I laid there I was very comfortable on the mattress as well. She went over the features and benefits of the purple pillow, mattress and adjustable bed frame like a true professional salesperson. No pressure just pointing out features and guiding us through the process. My wife and I ended up purchasing 2 purple pillows, a new mattress, adjustable frame, and a new head and foot board from Lucy!Being in Sales Management myself for 30 years, I highly recommend visiting Lucy at Cardi's in Swansea for your next Mattress Purchase! The new Bed and etc was delivered this morning and the Cardis Delivery team was exceptional!
