I have purchased multiple vehicles in the last several years from Bristol Toyota, mostly good experiences. However, my most recent experience, over the last couple of weeks while helping a friend, was extremely disappointing. The lack of internal communication between sales and finance was evident and reflected an overall lack of customer interest. Again, not the experience I had in the past.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m quite disappointed and disheartened. My parents & I recently purchased two new 2024 vehicles here. While we love our vehicles, we endured miscommunication after miscommunication during the process from the sales representatives and financing department. Communication that was unclear and often lacked reasoning as to why the found MULTIPLE discrepancies from word of mouth to paperwork. This was my first big purchase as a young adult and I cannot say it was a smooth process. The day I dropped off my old car, I drove my new car home. Due to transferring of my plates, I was told to come back in to gather both my registration and inspection sticker. Since I work long days, my mom volunteered to do the process for me. She gracious drove forty minutes there to wait almost two hours for an inspection sticker. The task was only completed once she spoke to multiple people. When she confronted our sales representative about the issue, he told her that there were other options available. Options that were never stated once to me, nor her, in person or via text. Making it look like the blame for this miscommunication was on us rather than them skipping the part of informing us of all the options. Topping it all off, he seemed to have zero remorse for the incident, never taking any responsibility in the matter. I hope that their customer service improves.

The experience of purchasing a new 2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime was an excellent experience.
Mike listened to what I wanted to purchase and explained what was available and just provided a knowledgeable experience. Mike is very talented and has great people skills. I and my family felt very confident and comfortable.
I had done a lot of research and comparisons and I feel I made the correct choice.

This was such a great car buying experience. I dealt with Michael Domingos, who was very attentive (people skills, straight forwards, and detailed oriented). I was shown car that met my needs. I never felt like I was being upsold. The inventory was very diverse and allowed for a lot of options. I financed. Manny helped me with that...the best part was I was able to choose a local bank! It was truly a great experience.
The follow-up e-mail was great too. Great customer service.
