Glad to see this place was finally closed and an extensive investigation by Swansea PD got to the bottom of what this owner was doing to all the unfortunate people who were lied to and lost money buying vehicles they thought were legitimate only to be lied to and found themselves with issues and many times no titles, hopefully justice will be served for all the victims of this business

I bought a car in June and gave Eddie my life savings for it. I was told that he would have my plates in a week and for now he put temporary plates from New Jersey on my car. After numerous calls about my plates and titles whereabouts... Just one lie after another that they will be in soon or I'm going there this week blah blah blah. The temporary plates expired for times and when I drove there last Tuesday he was closed and nowhere to be found. Wont return calls or text from me. He does speak to his coworkers because they told me so I know he is ignoring me. So I am out all that money and my car is sitting in my yard because I can't drive it without the title. Does anybody know what I can or should do? I paid for my car in full and can't even drive my car. Oh and the temporary plates from New Jersey are fake plates. So for anyone reading this and you have New Jersey temporary plates from Eddie just to let you know that they are 100% fake. You will get stopped and your car will get towed. And he doesn't care what happens to you because he already has our money! POS!!!

Sold me a broken car. Overheated as soon as I drove it off the lot. Refused to fix it and said I was wrong so rude. Took forever to register it and would never anwser phone calls. Terrible experience. 0 stars never go there

This guy is a straight up rip off artist ! I bought a Jeep from him a couple of years ago and got the same result. No response to phone calls, nobody there the many times I went there to talk. My car started making noise as I was driving it home and that was the first time I got the run around. I had to drive it because I needed to get to work. I bought it in January but it didn’t get registered until I got my paperwork and went myself in April. Went to get it inspected and my mechanic would NOT ONLY NOT PASS IT FOR INSPECTION, HE WOULD NOT LET ME DRIVE IT BECAUSE IT WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE!!! HE SAID IF I DIDN'T HURT MYSELF I COULD HURT OTHERS BECAUSE IT WAS THAT UNSAFE! Never got my money back. If I could give no stars I would!

Purchased a Volvo XC60 from here and had nothing but issues from the start. Car did not pass inspection, could not get a hold of anyone for months about getting it taken care of, until I had said I wanted my money back then magically they could take care of it. Had issues and things not working that did work when I test drove that they refused to fix. Still having problems with the car.

This place is not truthful they just tell you lies over and over and give you promises they don’t plan on keeping. Bought a truck back in June and was told they would they would get the truck inspected. The night I left with the truck about 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Called Eddie the next morning and he told me bring it back in they will take care of it. They had the truck over 3 weeks and was told a different lie almost every time I called there. Finally had enough and went and picked the truck up making a payment on something that was sitting in his parking lot isn’t helpful. Received a letter from RI DMV stating if the truck wasn’t inspected by August 16 my registration would be suspended, knowing it’s not going to pass with the check engine light being on I brought it to a local garage to get inspected (give me time). Now the truck is at auto repair shop and I was told it needs a new transmission! Then the blows keep coming received another letter from the RI DMV stating the check that Bristol County Auto Exchange bounced when they registered my truck and the fine needed to be paid by September 12. Eddie has never once spoke to me after purchasing the truck his salesman Charlie takes the calls and continues the lies for him. I was told twice that Eddie was taking care of the bounced check fee and it was not taken care so I had to pay that! This place needs to be shut down! I have tried calling several times this week and they won’t even answer now!! Stay clear

One week later and my wife finally has her car. It is sad how a company can keep expecting to stay in business when the customer service is crap.
My wife called and texted on Tuesday to see if she is still good to come and pick up her car on the promised day, which was Wednesday, my wife got no return call or response to her text.
Wednesday came, and my wife called and text again to find out something, still no return call or text. Now I am telling her something is fishy about this company. The company is behaving like companies back in the day when they would take your money and close the company.
Thursday I and my wife drive down there after work to find out what is going on. Upon arrival we see a sign in the window that says they are at the registry. We sit and wait for a while before going home. My wife calls the office to speak with someone about the poor communication from this company. And of course now a response comes , but it came with an excuse and a new promise that her car would be ready on Friday. NOPE!!!
Now my wife's mad and I am mad. My wife shoots Eddie a text. Summing up the text, the car or our money back on Saturday. Finally!!! But it is not over yet. I will be taking it to a Nissan dealer on Friday to make sure that we don't have a lemon. And I am glad, like a previous customer said on her review of this company that we purchased an extended warranty. Lesson learned. Pay attention to the reviews. People can change, but that is your call.

Got a SUV after 2 days the check engine light came on was told at to do to reset it, can back on the next day, sent a message about it but never replied back about it. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!! After all I can waste thousands on a rust box and walk to my radiation treatments. Forgot to add, After I was told that they do personal inspections on the vehicles when I went to get rid of it, I was told it didn't have A catalytic converter on it
